Good morning and welcome to this meditation.
A morning energizer.
A new day,
A new dawn,
A new choice and a new opportunity.
So let's take some time.
Time for ourselves,
Time for us,
Time to be.
So that when we do reach out to the world and others around us,
We can do so from a point of groundedness,
Of confidence,
Of love within ourselves.
So if you're sitting or lying comfortably,
Just shifting your weight a little so that you're nice and comfy,
Preparing your body and your mind gently,
Just to get as much from this experience as you possibly can.
So bringing your attention to the breath,
Just noticing it.
You may have had a deep sleep,
You may have had a restless night.
How are you breathing now?
Just notice it and bring your mind gently back if you're starting to worry or cast into judgment and just set up the tide,
The tide pattern and rhythm of your breath that's gonna carry and propel you into a great day.
So breathing in,
Letting yourself know that you're taking in everything that you might need for the day and breathing out any remnants or dust that might be left over from the day before and start to energize yourself.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
With each breath in and each breath out,
Slowly feeling more and more energized,
More and more like you and more and more confident to meet the great day that lies ahead.
So still breathing in and breathing out.
We're gonna use these affirmations.
We're gonna program our mind,
Our thoughts and our body to move out of the way and out of the habit of expectation.
So you've got this,
You've got the breath,
You're breathing in,
Breathing out,
Allowing yourself like a morning flower to come into bloom,
To radiate,
To give and receive in equal measure.
So as it's comfortable for you to do so in your own thoughts and mind,
Repeat this affirmation.

Let these words sink deep into your belief,
Deep into your perceptions.

We're feeling very open,
Yet very physically grounded in our bodies,
In this experience and in the now.

Simply allow yourself and when you find it difficult,
Return to the breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And remember this morning meditation that you did today.
Start to see how that if you begin your day this way,
Accepting yourself,
Giving yourself what you need,
Removing expectation,
You start to see this in your physical world,
In your day-to-day life.
We're meditating here with an intent to connect to the day ahead of us.
So let's accept that love with this affirmation.

Let the words and messages chime for you like a sound,
Like a singing bowl dinging.
So that they ripple and bounce and resonate within you,
Within your being.
And as you breathe now,
For the next five minutes,
Feel them building up within you.
Feel your sounds talking to each other.
Feel your mind accepting those affirmations and intents,
Forming new habits and pathways.
And feel that message to the world around you seep into your own belief.
Become louder and louder and louder until it starts to break through and sing out into the world.
Breathing in and breathing out.
So still breathing in and breathing out.
Allowing the feelings that you felt,
Allowing that sound,
That message,
That invitation to the world to welcome your wonder,
Continue to ring.
Bringing your attention gently into your physical body and perhaps just wriggling your fingers or wriggling your toes.
Taking those breaths a little deeper.
And before you open your eyes just focusing on how ready you feel for today.
How you've got this.
And just opening your eyes in your own time.
Now my hope is today that you become aware of the choice you have.
The choice that you have each day,
Each hour,
Each minute,
Each moment.
To make it yours.
To make it count.
To be you in your simple and beautiful truth.
And if you don't,
Don't beat yourself up.
Take the time you need.
Because every day is your day.
