Hi,

My name is Malu Renaud.

Thanks for being here with me.

Let's lay down,

Get comfortable.

Feel free to get pillows,

Blanket,

Whatever you need to be comfortable.

Laying down in a way that your body can relax.

You're going to go through a body scan.

Every time I tell you about a body part,

You just take your awareness to that.

And if you need to tension a little bit,

Feel free to do it.

So,

Let's breathe a little bit.

Put your hands over your tummy and breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

One more time.

Just take a deep breath in.

And breathe it all out.

Relax.

Let go.

Surrender.

Relax your right foot.

Relax your left foot.

Let go.

Relax your right knee.

Relax.

Relax your left knee.

Let it go.

Relax your thighs.

Relax your hips.

Let it go.

Surrender.

Just feel like you're melting in a very good way.

Feel your support.

I don't know if you're laying on the ground or in your bed.

Feel it supporting you.

You can put your arms along your body and relax your right hand.

Relax your left hand.

Your right elbow.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Relax.

Relax your left elbow.

Now take everything off your shoulders.

Yeah.

Just put your shoulders away from your ears.

Relax.

Relax your right shoulder,

Your left shoulder.

Let it go.

You do not need to carry anything on your shoulders anymore.

You feel light.

You feel free.

Relax your neck.

If you need to turn your head to the sides a little bit,

Just feeling the comfort of your support,

The pillow or the ground.

Relax your head.

Just surrender.

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your mouth and your tongue.

You're not reaching out for any sounds or any smells.

You're just there,

Relaxing.

Relax your throat and all your organs.

Relax your lungs and your heart.

Let go.

Your stomach is relaxing.

Let go.

Surrender.

Relax your back muscles.

Feel now like your back is melting.

Feel the melting and comfort and surrender.

Relax your abs.

Let go.

You feel free.

My dear soul,

I surrender.

My dear soul,

I am compassion.

I surrender.

My dear soul,

I am love.

I surrender.

I am relaxed.

My dear soul,

I am relax.

I surrender.

I feel the light.

I feel the freedom.

I am relaxed.

I surrender.
