We are going to work in the meditation with affirmations to transform and clear out our fears.
You may repeat the affirmations out loud in your mind or just take my voice as yours.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.
Get really comfortable.
We can spend a few minutes doing this.
Now it's your time.

Close your eyes and start breathing consciously.
Be aware of your body.
