I would like to invite you to get comfortable and we will start breathing in and breathing out.
Let go of a sigh.

Pay attention to the temperature of the room.
Pay attention to your body and check if you are comfortable and if you find any pain or any blockage of energy just move a little bit and try to find your most comfortable way to sit or lay down.
Now pay attention to your breathing.
As you breathe in and out,
Just let go of everything you've been holding today.
Let go of all the pain,
The sorrow,
The shame,
The burden you've been bearing on your shoulders.
And welcome to your soul,
Joy,
Contentment.
Welcome to your soul,
Happiness,
Health,
Abundance.
Put your hand over your heart chakra and breathing in and out,
Bringing gratitude to your heart.
Stay there for a few moments.
Let your body be filled with gratitude.
In case you cannot feel gratitude right now,
It's okay.
Just repeat to yourself,
I am gratitude.
I am gratitude.
You can rest your hand on your side or on your lap.
Just feel how it is when your heart and mind are connected.
We will do some affirmations now.

All the fear that I felt from the beginning of my existence until now are over.

Take a deep breath in.
Just visualize yourself walking around barefooted on a beach or a field or whatever it is that it's your happy place and you are connecting to the Mother Gaya,
Exchanging energy,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling coherent in your mind and heart.
Taking in all the gratitude and all the gifts the universe set aside to you.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve to be whole.
My dear soul,
I am enough.
I deserve to succeed.
My dear soul,
I deserve.
I deserve to be loved and to love.
My dear soul,
I deserve to be seen and to see.
My dear soul,
I deserve to be heard and to listen.
This is my happy place.

Take your attention to how light you are feeling now.
Observe how your body,
Your physical body is relaxed and that you are able to surrender,
To receive everything the universe is giving you and to let go of all the things,
Emotions,
Memories,
Bad information that are no longer useful to you.
As you are visualizing your happy place now,
You just see a reflection.
It could be in a water or in a mirror.
I want you to look straight into your eyes and declare yourself and tell yourself how loved you are.

Looking yourself in the eyes,
Looking straight into your eyes,
I love you.

I love you so much.
I know.
I know you are able and capable of being and manifesting whatever you want,
Whatever makes your heart sing.

I know you are more than enough and I appreciate myself.
Take a deep breath in and just visualizing you are walking back to your physical body and sitting or laying down again with you.
You may drift if you want to a good night of sleep or a nap or otherwise you are ready to get on with your day.
