Sometimes we wonder how we ended up here doing this,
Waking up every day for more of the same.
How we lost our sense of taste and choice.
Sometimes we forget that we actually didn't like to hang out with some people or to watch that kind of movie that our partners love.
We one day wake up and realize that we no longer know ourselves anymore.
That we are long lost and disconnected.
Keeping in touch with your infinite self,
It is not something we learn to do in school.
Along with geography or chemistry,
We don't learn that.
So let me tell you,
It is okay to wake up one day not knowing who exactly we are,
What are our likes,
Dislikes,
Mission and essence.
So let's just drop the pressure.
It is actually very good to know that this discovery,
The one that you just wasn't expecting because you thought that you had it all figured out.
Now then is the time that we can go deep inside without resistance or shame.
Not knowing what we want to find,
But rather being open to just be it.
So let us now take a deep breath in and let it out with a long sigh.
With every breath to sink into your soul and be present with yourself.
That is all there is right now.
Henceforth.
Now I invite you to take your right hand and place it on your heart chakra and breathe in.
Breathe in with your heart chakra,
Feeling this space just outside your body limit.
Feel your heart beating tireless.
Now just breathe freely for a while,
Noticing your body and the space surrounding it.
Take your attention to the edges,
To the edges of your body and how just after that edge,
Your body exists.
Now just breathe freely for a while,
Noticing your body and the space surrounding it.
Take your time and just breathe freely for a while,
Noticing your body and the space surrounding it.

Noticing your body and the space surrounding it.
Place your hands comfortably alongside your body and feel them.
Notice the energy that passed through it.
If your thoughts come to your mind,
Just notice it and kindly take your attention back to your breathing.
Feel free to label your thoughts as thought or thinking.
Feel the comfort and relaxation you experiment when you are just allowing yourself to be in the moment,
To be there,
Just keeping company to yourself,
Your infinite self.
You are a daughter or son of the universe,
A drop of rain,
A ray of sun,
A light breeze.
Take your attention to the outside of your body,
To the limitless space that surrounds you.
Feel free to repeat out loud.
My dear spirit,
I surrender myself to the flow of life.
My dear soul,
I forgive myself for being distracted of me at times.
My dear soul,
I surrender myself to my mission and my essence.
My dear soul,
I surrender myself to the flow of life.
My dear soul,
I accept and love myself as I am.
My dear soul,
I am worth it and I am enough.
My dear spirit,
I am the universe.
My dear soul,
My life is heaven.
Now take a very long and deep breath in and breathe out with a big sigh.
One more deep and long breath in and another very cleansing sigh.
Just be there.
Now placing both hands on your heart,
Ask your soul,
Who am I?
Do not answer that with your mind or try to articulate a good answer.
Just let your soul speak freely.
Pay attention to the signs.
Do not crave the answer.
Just focus on the question.

If your mind starts wondering,
Just ask the question again.

Who am I?
Now take your attention to the space that embraces your body.
The energy that holds you together,
Protects you and also emanates from you.
There is your essence.
This is you.
Just feel it.
You are great.
You are whole.
Now bring your attention back to your physical body,
To the room you are in it and I invite you to drift to a relaxing and deep sleep now or you just stay there for a while.
When you are ready,
I ask you to kindly open your eyes and smile to yourself.
