And notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth.
Feel your breath flowing in and out through your heart.

Feel your breath flowing easily in and out through your heart.

And as you feel how relaxed you are,
Affirm these words.

Guidance is available to me in every moment of every day.
