Meditation 7: I Am One With the Infinite Intelligence of the Universe
The universe is filled with infinite intelligence
I release my local consciousness into the infinite intelligence of the universe
While I cherish my local mind, I align it with the nonlocal mind of the universe
I think thoughts, I feel its feelings, I attune to its wisdom, I sense its energy field
I raise my perspective to that of the infinite intelligence of the universe
I see myself as nonlocal mind sees me: whole, perfect and complete
I hold myself as nonlocal mind holds me: As the highest possible version of who I can be
I anchor the consciousness of nonlocal mind in my local reality.
I welcome the highest possible version of me in the here and now.
I act as if I am that person, in this moment and always

This was wonderful. Thank you. You are one of the few facilitator who dives straight into practice and leaves the teaching for the place where it belongs.
I enjoyed the music too. If I may make a suggestion some of the words were not very clear which was a bit distracting, it would be so much more powerful if one could hear clearly without having to decipher the word being lost.
I love the fusion of somatic tapping with affirmation and the tone was so gentle and easy. But mostly I am happy to find a facilitator that can compartmentalize the different aspects of spiritual practice and honor the role of facilitator without having to push information and knowledge. Because the practice space is sacred and deserves room to allow the expansion we all seek.
