Feel the breath flowing naturally in and out of your body.

Feel the natural pace of your body's own rhythm reflected in your breath.

And as you feel yourself breathing naturally in and out,

Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your heart,

Through the area in your chest of your physical heart.

And as your breath flows naturally in and out,

Place your hands over your heart.

And as you breathe in and out through your heart,

Tap lightly with your fingertips on your skin using the hand closest to your chest.

Tap lightly with your fingertips and with the other hand,

Tap lightly on the area between your eyebrows.

Feeling your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart.

Fingertips of one hand tapping between your eyebrows,

Fingertips of the other hand tapping your heart.

Affirm these words with me.

I effortlessly release any and every obstacle to my inner peace.

I now embrace inner peace and I release anything and everything that stands between me and inner peace.

Stop tapping,

Relax your hands,

Feel your breath going effortlessly in and out through your heart.

And slow your breathing down to six seconds per in-breath and six seconds per out-breath.

Breathing in six seconds through your heart.

Breathing out six seconds through your heart.

Relax your tongue and let it fall to the floor of your mouth.

Picture a big empty space behind your eyes.

And notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth.

Feel your breath flowing in and out through your heart.

Six second in-breaths and six second out-breaths.

Tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth.

Big empty space behind your eyes.

Feel your breath flowing easily in and out through your heart.

Six second in-breaths,

Six second out-breaths.

Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your mouth.

Notice the big empty space behind your eyes.

And as you notice how relaxed you are,

Affirm with me,

I live in a benevolent universe.

The universe is kind and safe.

The universe supports my well-being.

I live in a benevolent universe.

The benevolence of the universe echoes through my being.

I now attune every part of my being to that benevolent universe.

I attune every cell in my body to that benevolent universe.

I attune every thought in my mind to that benevolent universe.

I attune every feeling in my heart to that benevolent universe.

I attune every wave of my energy field to that benevolent universe.

Every part of me,

Physical,

Emotional and mental,

Is now completely attuned to that benevolent universe.

I now feel every single part of my body,

Mind,

Heart and energy field attuned to that benevolent universe.

I live in a benevolent universe and every part of me is attuned to its energy.

My personal energy is now completely aligned with the energy of the benevolent universe.

My body is aligned,

My heart is aligned,

My mind is aligned,

My energy is aligned to the benevolent universe in which I live.

The same frequency that drives the benevolent universe echoes in me,

Echoes throughout my being.

I attune to a benevolent universe.

I am one with a benevolent universe.

Now take your fingertips and tap gently between your eyebrows with the other hand,

Tap gently on your heart.

As you tap,

Notice your tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth.

Notice the big empty space behind your eyes.

Notice your breath flowing in and out through your heart.

As you tap,

Affirm these words.

I am now attuned to the energy of a benevolent universe.

Every part of me is attuned to that benevolent universe and I anchor that experience of attunement in my body now and always.

I am one with a benevolent universe.

Stop tapping,

Relax your hands.

And with the next three breaths,

Prepare to return your attention back to the world around you.

Feel your hands,

Feel your feet.

And with the third breath,

Open your eyes.

Look around you with soft and gentle eyes.

And notice anything in the shape of a triangle in your field of vision.

Notice the characteristics of this triangular object.

And feel how good your body feels.

And as you prepare to move into your day,

Know that in any moment you can consciously attune yourself to the wonderful benevolent universe in which we live.
