Lezione 1
True Abundance
Abundance is in the invisible, it is in the formless, it is in the presence, it is in consciousness, it is in Divine life. In other words you have been looking at the forms which are effects in consciousness as abundance and completely overlooked the source of the forms. What is the source of all forms? It is spirit right? it is your true self, it is presence. Instead of connecting and recognising to the divine source, humanity has have been running after the forms which are merely phenomenon that arise and subside in the spiritual source. In this lesson we will recognise the one true spiritual self and realise that all abundance in consciousness not in matter.
Lezione 2
Oneness in I AM consciousness
The spiritual reality of the universe cannot be divided it is one. There is one true self appearing as you, me, him, her and it. You do not have to find oneness you only need to heal the veil of separation created by the ego mind. Just like the many waves are all the one ocean , we the many form selves are all connected and one with the one divine essence, spirit or consciousness. This Truth that, you are one with all life, will expand your consciousness and move you away from judgment and division of the ego self to love and oneness of the true self. This expansion of truthful consciousness opens you to Grace.
Lezione 3
The Potency for Change in the Divine Now
Time has made us many promises and continues to make promises. We keep thinking ‘some day’ I will be happy and fulfilled. This is an elusive promise, fulfilled only for brief periods of time or phases. Time is a trick of the ego to keep us in form identity. We have relied on time and faced disappointment. Can we now rely on the eternal Divine now and allow the power of the now to transform our life. In this lesson we will learn to stop time and be one with the ever-present eternal now. The Now is where real change can happen as it is field of infinite possibilities.
Lezione 4
Self Worth, Self Love and Divine Love
An important aspect of receiving grace is knowing that you deserve it and knowing that the Divine loves you just the way you are. No baby is born with lack of love or with low self esteem. Our conditioning creates layers of sadness, anger, fear which translate into a feeling of unworthiness and lack of love. All our attempts to get love, validation and appreciation from others is a cry from the wounded parts of us. Unfortunately looking to others rarely helps or helps temporarily. What really works in opening your heart to the love of the Divine and simultaneously working on healing past wounds.
Lezione 5
Moving from Gratitude to Divine Gratitude
Most times gratitude is focussed on the forms that you are grateful for and the underlying source is completely ignored. What is the source of all form? Is not spirit or divine source? Hence where should the gratitude be directed to? Gratitude moves us from the ego energy of not enough to the Divine energy of love, completeness and gratitude. The ego feeds on the energy of lack and when we believe the thoughts of the ego we are seeing our world through its filter of lack and everything feels lacking and insufficient. Change the lens, to the lens of divine love and you will see abundance. What you focus on and are grateful for grows.
Lezione 6
Prayer and Surrender
Prayer is a beautiful way of connecting with our source. It humbles the ego and allows our creator to help us. Many times we are very busy trying to sort or fix our life, that we forget that we are not alone, we have a creator, a divine parent who loves us. When we pray, with child like sincerity and trust, our heart opens, the burden drops and an opening for Grace is created. Through prayer we learn humility and the art of letting go and letting a higher power live our life. Prayer is not a last resort or an act of weakness, it is the most beautiful way of connecting to the Divine creator and it empowers and strengthens us.
Lezione 7
Summary of All the Aspects of Grace
Grace is your Divine right as you are a child of the Divine. The ego through its thought activity makes us believe in limitation and lack. We are not born with an ego mind, it develops over time and difficult memories and pain reinforce this energy. To move to grace we need to move from ego mind based on separation, time, feelings of lack and resistance to life to the divine mind which is based on non- duality or oneness, the eternal now , abundance and trust in life. The truth shared in this course is deep and when imbibed will help the listener move to a life of divine love and Grace. This lesson summarises all aspects of Grace.
