Thoughts are a phenomenon arising in Awareness. Identifying and believing every thought causes suffering. As we believe thoughts they seem to gain more and more power and cause us to feel constricted and weak. Thoughts when believed consistently become beliefs and beliefs shape our life. Your spiritual self is silent and wise and is a field of infinite possibilities. Trust in the silence of the Divine. This meditation will help you when you feel stuck with thoughts. Please share your feedback.

Hello and welcome.

This audio will help you when you are struggling with overthinking.

Please understand your very attempt to stop thoughts or control thoughts intensifies the thought process.

What you resist,

Persists.

With the heart based approach,

We do not fight the darkness,

We reach for the light.

We do not fight the mind,

We sink into the heart.

Thoughts are a phenomena arising and subsiding in your awareness.

You are aware of the beginning,

The duration and the end of a thought.

Thoughts are temporary.

You are the eternal witness.

Your eyes open and become aware of the space,

The silence or the gap between two thoughts.

For the duration of this meditation,

Do not value any thought.

I mean any thought,

No matter how important it feels.

Be only interested in the space,

Silence or gap between thoughts.

Be alert yet relaxed.

Is there a space between two thoughts?

Be curious.

Is there a space between two thoughts?

Be very interested in the space and not the content of the thought.

Is there a silence between two thoughts?

Do not try to grasp the space or silence.

Simply be aware of it and keep bringing your attention back to the space.

Is there a space between two thoughts?

Be interested only in the space.

Is there a silence between two thoughts?

No effort is needed to hold on to the silence.

The silence,

The stillness of the divine is the substratum of all phenomena,

Of all life.

No effort is needed.

All that is needed is sincerity.

Is there silence between two thoughts?

Is there silence between two thoughts?

Now look around your room and check if there is silence here right now.

Is there stillness here right now?

Be still and know God.

The divine is omnipresent.

The divine is here right now.

Be aware of the silence.

Now look at any object in the room and notice the space around the object.

Notice how the space holds the object with unconditional care.

Notice the space between you and the object.

Let awareness flow into the object with no labels or judgments or likes or dislikes.

Notice the space in the room.

When we are aware of space,

We are consciously connected to our true Self,

Our spiritual Self,

The formless Self.

Now close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Feel the aware,

Awake space.

Be with your direct experience.

No need for any imagination.

Just notice the aware,

Awake space,

The dimensionless space,

The emptiness,

The nothingness,

The formlessness.

This is your true Self.

You are a silent being.

You are peace.

You are freedom.

You are the one true Self.

Continue to be aware of the space.

Live your truth.

Know the truth and the truth will set you free.

The place you stand on is holy ground because wherever you are,

There is your true Self.

Before the appearance of the ego mind is the true Self.

All that is needed is a dedication to awaken to your truth.

Be this truth.

Be your true Self.

Be as you are.

Thank you and I wish you many blessings.
