Hello and welcome.
This is Susita.
Let us explore the option of looking from the eyes of the heart.
Most of the times we are looking at life from the energy of the mind and the mind energy is that of analyzing,
Going into the past or future,
Planning,
Desire,
Fear and it is never in the now.
But the space of the heart is the now space.
It's the space of love,
It's the space of acceptance and it's the space of peace.
Close your eyes and feel that your attention is moving from the head space to the center of the chest.
Now keep your hand on your chest.
The palm should be at the center of the chest.
Feel the warmth of the fingers on the chest.
Also feel the space between the hand and the chest.
Just sense that space.
The simple movement of attention from the head to the heart has a very calming effect.
Continue to place your attention on the warmth of the hand on the chest and the space between the hand and chest.
Now you're in the heart space.
Now you're in the heart space.
Now bring to your mind the image of yourself.
From this heart space,
Look at the image of yourself.
How does it feel to look at yourself from the eyes of the heart,
From the space of the heart?
Can you feel the unconditional love and acceptance?
Now look at another person in your life from the eyes of the heart.
All that you need to do to look from the eyes of the heart is bring your attention to the space between the hand and chest or to the warmth of the hand on the chest.
This tunes you into your spiritual heart and when you look from here,
Everything feels softer.
Time seems to slow down and all the judgment and blame seem to just dissolve.
Now look at a neutral person from the eyes of the heart,
Maybe a colleague from work,
A neighbor.
Can you sense how different it is from seeing from the mind?
Seeing from the heart has a totally different quality.
Often we're not looking at the person or the thing directly,
We're looking at it through the eyes of conditioning,
Through the ideas of the mind,
Through the beliefs of the mind,
Through the conditioning of the mind and we have similar experience and we tell ourselves I knew it.
But we've never given ourselves the option of looking from the eyes of the heart,
Looking from the eyes of love.
What would happen if we looked at the world from the eyes of love,
Looked at the people in our lives from the eyes of love?
We would open up new possibilities.
We would allow love to live our life.
We would allow love to transform our relationships.
Again gently place your attention on your hand,
The warmth of the hand on the chest,
The space between the hand and chest.
Just relax.
For the next one minute feel like there's nothing to do,
There's nothing to overcome.
Just allow yourself to be in this beautiful space.
Sense that space between the hand and the chest and just rest.
Just rest.
Just be.
If thoughts distract you,
It's not a problem.
Bring your attention back to the space between the hand and the chest.
Just sense that space.
Now gently open your eyes.
Look at the room from the eyes of the heart.
The room is the same,
The objects are the same.
But do you sense a change in the quality of your seeing?
A sense of peace,
A sense of calm,
A sense of acceptance,
Maybe even a sense of love.
Looking from the eyes of the heart is looking from the eyes of God.
We often try to change the things outside of us.
We try to change people's circumstances.
But maybe we should try to change the space from which we are looking at,
As the space of the heart is immensely powerful,
Immensely loving,
Immensely healing.
Practice looking from the eyes of the heart many times during the day.
Look at people,
Look at situations,
Look at buildings,
Look at the trees,
Look at everything from the eyes of the heart,
From the eyes of love,
From the eyes of God.
I wish you love and many blessings.
Thank you.
