Let go of the assumption that you are lying on the bed and feel and realize that the bed is holding you.

Let go of any remaining stress and subtle contractions in the body.

Know that you're held and let go.

Relax.

It's okay to let go.

Know that the bed is holding you.

The floor is holding the bed and Mother Earth is holding all of existence.

All is well.

You can relax.

You can allow yourself to be held.

You are already held.

Just realize that you are held and you can let go.

Imagine that there's a box in your room with the label Divine Grace and Order.

Take all your worries,

To-do lists,

Regrets of the past,

Plans for the future and put them into this box.

If you have been facing sleep issues,

Drop all your ideas and worries about sleep into this box.

You have now surrendered all your worries and concerns to the Divine.

With your eyes closed,

Take a moment to look into the formlessness and spaciousness that you experience.

This is your direct experience.

No imagination is needed.

Simply be aware of formlessness and spaciousness.

The Soham mantra will help you relax in a deeper manner and help you understand your oneness with the Divine.

Soham translates to the Divine Presence I am.

Deeply nourishing and soothing. My mind is clear and quiet and I feel ready to get up and engage intentionally with the world. (I did this after a very restless night)

Great, Thank you so much! I love your " I am " meditations. Experiencing the NOW. our true nature,! For me, my preference would be that after the instructions, gradually have more space to allow for deeper longer breaths,. And maybe reminders only after 3 breaths. It takes me longer in the silence.. inhale "So" (2 seconds) pause at end, then Exhale Hum (4 seconds) pause. Namaste 💫💞😅🌄🌞.
