Do you find that a busy mind keeps you from falling asleep? Are you bothered by those unwelcome, racing thoughts that steal away your peace? It is time to get rid of these thought parasites, allowing you to drift off into the deep and restful slumber you deserve.

Bedtime Ritual + Delta
Knowing how to prepare for sleep before it happens can aid in a more beneficial sleeping experience. I know, it is a habit for most of us to look at a screen before going to bed, but doing so keeps your mind alert and tricks the body into thinking it is still time to be awake. Make a pledge to put aside scrolling on the screen 45 minutes before getting into bed, drink a glass of water before sleeping to aid in digestion, and learn many more tips for your nighttime ritual here in this session.

Soothing Body Scan
A great way to fall asleep is to practice what is called a body scan. This simply means taking your attention to different areas of the body, relaxing each area one by one. The result is a total body relaxation, making you fully ready for many hours of sleep. It is very simple - just follow along with my gentle guidance and feel the sleepy benefits of a good body scan.

Affirm Sleep + Delta
Do you say throughout your day that you are not going to sleep good tonight? Have you ever said to someone, “I am an insomniac”? Your words are extremely powerful. We must learn to use them for our benefit. This session is full of positive sleep affirmations that must be utilized not only before sleeping, but throughout your day. You become what you speak, so choose your words wisely!

Breathe Smoothly + Delta
Did you know that taking conscious control over our breath is a great way to lull yourself to sleep? Breathing is something we all do and can be used to benefit your sleeping habits. In this meditation, follow along with the guided breathing to slow and calm the mind, preparing the body for a long, rejuvenating sleep.

Peaceful Dreaming + Delta
Nightmares and unwanted dreams can keep us from wanting to sleep peacefully. This session is designed to guide you to experience positive, beneficial dreams. Did you know that our dreams can be used to help us advance in many areas of our life? The sleeping state is just as important as the waking state in regards to creating the life you desire. Turn on this recording just before bed and watch how your dreams become productive.

I had accepted my previous sleep issues but was pleased that by doing this course, I learnt some new points to help with sleep and now have a different mindset. Also the recordings were great at helping me drift off to sleep. I recommend the course.

Gorgeous course. Will probably revisit. Loved ep7. The last episode with pure music did not resonate with me.
