In this beginner-friendly course, we'll be diving into the fundamentals of binaural beats and looking at some common misconceptions. We'll explain exactly what they are and how they work. In conjunction with this, we will also be exploring some simple and gentle (yet effective) breathing techniques. We'll be looking at how we can combine these techniques with binaural beats to achieve deeper states of relaxation, assist with sleep, and help us gain more focus and clarity. Please note that this is not a Breathwork course for tapping into altered states of experiences; these are more gentle practices with a focus on giving you useful tools to use in everyday life. The course contains three custom-made, binaural Breathwork sessions, which you can come back to any time you need. One for focus, one for relaxation, and finally, one for sleep. Lezione 1
What Are Binaural Beats? Demystifying And Practical Considerations
In this intro session, we talk about the theory of binaural beats and break down exactly what they are. We dive into the different categories and their uses. *Side note -Please do not use binaural beats whilst driving as they can make you feel sleepy/drowsy.
Lezione 2
First Breathing Technique & Preparation For First Practical Session
In this session, we will explain our first breathing technique. We talk about how to do it and give a brief overview of some of the benefits. After this, we talk about the binaural beat we are going to listen to with a short demo of the sound.
Lezione 3
Practical Session 1: Binaural Breathwork For Gentle Relaxation
In this lesson, we do our first Binaural Breathwork session using the box breathing technique, which was outlined in the previous lesson. We work with the Alpha wave binaural beat of 10Hz and two rounds of breath with space between the rounds.
Lezione 4
New Breathing Technique & Preparation For Practical Session 2
In this lesson, we introduce 3-stage breathing and give a short demonstration. We outline the instructions for the forthcoming practical session and talk about the two different frequencies we'll be working with, and explain why we're using two and not just one.
Lezione 5
Practical Session 2: Binaural Breathwork For Relaxation & Focus
In our second practical session, we practiced the three-stage breathing that we learned in the previous theory lesson. We repeat the box breathing, which we learned in the first session, and work with binaural coupling using the Alpha wave for relaxation and the Gamma for focus.
Lezione 6
The Ujjayi Breath & Final Practical Session Preparation
In this final theory session, we introduce one of the core techniques from Pranayama, the Ujjayi Breath. We talk about how to do this, and then we also introduce our final binaural beat, which is a 4Hz Theta wave.
Lezione 7
Practical Session 3: Deep Relaxation With Theta And The Ujjayi Breath
In this final session, we work with the Ujjayi breath, which we covered in the previous theory lesson for two rounds and a binaural beat of 4hz to really get into that nice, deep, relaxed state. This is the final practical session of the course.

In this session, we briefly wrap up what was covered in the course and give thanks for your time. Please feel free to respond to this course with any feedback, comments you may have about the content or what you would like to see in the future.
