Take a trip through the Amazon jungle with this rainforest inspired track. The music features instrumentation from South America and nature recordings to create a dreamy soundscape for deep relaxation. There is also a 7hz Theta binaural beat underpinning the music to assist you in getting into that relaxed state and ready for sleep. This session features three rounds of Ujjayi breathing to help calm the mind. If you're unfamiliar with Ujjayi breathing I encourage you to look online for a more detailed tutorial however, it is not essential to use Ujjiayi in this Breathwork, you can simply just breath through the nose. If you feel a natural pause at the top of the inhale and/or at the bottom of the inhale that's absolutely fine. Go with it. If this breathing technique results in your breath becoming laboured or strained, please just revert back to your own, natural breath and just enjoy the music. Thanks, Clyde Artwork - David Riaño Cortés

Hello and welcome to this session for deep relaxation and sleep.

Now,

Before we start today,

Let's just take a moment to first get comfortable in the position that we're in.

You might be lying down,

Or you could be sitting upright in a chair,

Either is fine.

But just really take some time to adjust your position so you are comfortable for this session.

And now from this position,

We're going to take just one nice big inhale through the nose,

Into the belly,

Then up into the ribs and finally into the upper chest,

Before we release with a big sigh.

So when you're ready,

And release all that tension from the day.

For this session,

We will be following three simple rounds with the Ujjayi breath or ocean breath.

And if the style of breathing is unfamiliar or uncomfortable for you,

You can always just come back to your regular breathing in and out through the nose.

The count for this session will be four seconds on the inhale,

And then again four seconds on the exhale.

And after each round,

There will be a space to relax and be immersed in the music.

If at any point in this session your breathing becomes labored or strained in any way,

Then please just revert back to your normal relaxed breath.

And so,

If everything feels good,

We will begin the first round in three,

Two,

One.

And exhale,

Release.

If everything still feels good and okay,

We can move on to the second round in three,

Two,

One.

And the final breath in,

And exhale,

Release.
