This is a healing meditation with DNA activation.

But let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
I suggest lying down for this meditation.
Gently close your eyes.
Let your arms rest comfortably away from the body,
With your palms facing up.
We will begin with two cleansing breaths.
Draw a breath in through the nose,
Bringing it deep into the belly.
Now exhale through the back of the mouth,
Fully emptying the lungs.
Let's do that once more.
Inhale through the nose.
Now exhale through the mouth in a long,
Slow sigh.
For the rest of this meditation,
You will inhale and exhale only through the nose as you further relax the body.
If your mind wanders in the quiet moments,
Just bring your focus back to the breath,
Back to the body.
Breathing slowly and deeply until your body finds its own comfortable pace of inhalation and exhalation.
Very good.
Now let's set an intention.
Silently repeat to yourself the following.
It is my intention to heal my body.
I ask my DNA and cells to do whatever is needed to repattern themselves into full health.
Now let's ask for universal help with this healing.
Again,
Repeat silently.
It is my intention to consciously aid in my healing.
I ask for additional help if it is offered in my highest good.
I appreciate and accept any loving assistance from those connected to the high vibration of God's source energy.
Now for the next few moments,
Smile and imagine yourself in full health instructing the cells of the outcome you desire.
Your cells are listening.
How do you want your body to feel?
Imagine that now for the next few minutes.
Just a second.
You You You You're doing very well You've imagined yourself healed You've started to reprogram your cellular communication You're doing very well Breathe in Breathing slowly and deeply is the key Breathe out clearing the body of its toxins Creating beneficial chemistry that aids in the healing Conscious action simply breathing Breathe in feel the air as it enters your body Breathe out feel your breath as it leaves the body Breathe in feel the air on the nostrils sensing if it feels cool or warm Breathe out Do you notice a difference in the temperature of the air as it leaves the body?
For the next few moments just breathe and observe What do you sense What sounds do you hear?
Do they sound close or far away?
From what direction?
Start to sense your body.
How does your clothing feel against your skin?
Is it tight or loose?
Soft or silky?
Can you feel the air move across your face?
Or does it sit still on your skin?
Is it cool or warm?
As you continue to slowly inhale and exhale Follow the rhythmic movements of the belly with each breath The rising of the belly on the in breath And the falling of the belly on the out breath On the next exhale Let the body relax even more Releasing with every breath Relax the head and chin Relax the neck and shoulders Relax the arms and elbows The forearms and wrists And then relax the fingers Relax the back and the abdominals The hips and the thighs The knees and the shoulders The shoulders The shoulders The knees and the calves Relax the ankles and the tops of the feet And now relax the toes On the next exhale Relax the bottom of the feet The arches and the heels Now focus on the center of your arches And imagine you are drawing in healing energy from the earth Let it rise up through the legs Into the pelvis and the abdomen Traveling up and around the spine Draw this energy into your heart center Into your throat Up into your eyes and your brow And out through the top of the head Let it cascade around the entire body Like millions of sparkling champagne bubbles Bring another golden energy into the body from above Imagine it is washing over and through your head Into the throat Down the spine Into the heart The abdomen The hips and legs And now out through the feet and the toes Let this energy blanket the body in warm,
Nourishing ways Begin to see these two streams of energy flowing One rising up to the head And one flowing down to the body One rising up to the head And one flowing down to the toes Spiraling,
Circling the body And passing energetic currents That lightly pulse and vibrate As you breathe,
Follow the breath into the body Into the lungs Through the walls of the lungs You are now traveling with the oxygen As it flows into your bloodstream Passing your organs The tissues The arteries The veins The capillaries Focusing even closer Traveling into the cells themselves Wherever in the body you are in space Wherever in the body you are inspired to go Let your attention flow into that area And now into just one cell You are now inside the cell itself Floating with the oxygen Connecting with the body's water Floating Just floating Draw in closer And sense the chromosomes in the center of your cell Even closer And you can sense your DNA With all of your genetic information Imagine your DNA As long,
Twisted ladders With millions of rungs Bring your attention to just one strand of DNA Just one of these ladders And now focus in On the end rungs of that DNA ladder These end rungs are your protective telomeres With every cell division These rungs start to unravel Do you see them unraveling and needing repair?
This repair process is natural and constant But we are going to help this process along By visualizing their repair Look closer and find the unraveled rungs And start to cover them with a protective coating Strengthening and repairing Allow this process to flow through the body Sending out a new cell Sending out the message to repair all telomeres In all DNA strands Throughout your body Repairing your DNA Activating your DNA Healing Activating Continue with your visualization And let the following sounds influence this healing process Absorb the tomes As you visualize your DNA being repaired The sounds don't translate into words They carry frequency and geometric patterning Into the cells Directly into the DNA Just breathe and allow And let the following sounds influence this healing process Absorb the tomes As you visualize your DNA being repaired The sounds don't translate into words They carry frequency and geometric patterning Into the cells Directly into the DNA Just breathe and allow Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe out Breathe in Breathe in Breathe out Very good Now draw your focus away from the DNA And sense a slight vibration within the cell It is barely perceptible But you notice a gentle buzzing It feels familiar It is the frequency of the vibration within your cellular structure With your focus and intention Allow the frequency of this vibration to rise And as this frequency rises The vibration becomes still The cell becomes still Calm Peaceful Serene This is the calming frequency of healing The natural state that all cells yearn for Let this calm spread from one cell to the next A harmonious wave All cells communicating Adjusting Balancing And healing Allow this adjustment in frequency to flow through the entire body Washing through the cells Flowing through the currents of the body All cells communicating in unison In harmony With your imagination Move the energy into the areas of the body that you want to heal If you feel any tingling or sensations in the body Let your focus move there Without judgment,
Just observe Flow the energy there Releasing any blockages Releasing pain Balancing Calming Healing Releasing any resistance What would it feel like to communicate with the cells?
You are communicating now You are loving your cells and your body so much That you are devoting this time to your healing And your cells are receptive to this loving attention Vibrating now at a higher frequency In a loving response Communicating with you Releasing negativity Releasing dense,
Heavy energy Releasing In harmony with you Just relax for a few more moments as these adjustments take place Your brain will not actionable My heart will not be aligned to hers The same as you You are doing very well.
Start to draw your attention away from the cell and now into a broader view.
The cells are becoming smaller now,
Off in the distance,
And you are traveling with the oxygen again,
Passing the capillaries,
The veins,
The arteries and the organs,
Traveling through the body again,
Through the lungs,
Exhaling and releasing what doesn't serve the body.
As we begin to close this meditation,
Remember this sense of calm,
Knowing that you can reconnect with this healing calm at any time by just taking a few slow deep breaths.
Throughout the day,
Affirm,
I am healing,
I am healed,
I am healing,

Remember that your cells are listening and communicating,
So be kind to yourself,
Be loving to others,
Find peace in the quiet moments,

When you begin this meditation,
You should find a comfortable environment,
Someplace where you will not be disturbed.
I suggest lying down for this meditation,
That time is ideal to allow the healing to continue during your sleep time.
You can place a thin blanket or towel beneath your head,
One or two folds,
Just enough to slightly lift your head so that your spine is in straight alignment.
You can even put a little pillow beneath your knees for added comfort if you like.
With this meditation,
You are acknowledging the mind-body connection.
The process of healing can be aided by adding conscious awareness to cellular commands.
Cells in your body are continually dividing and regenerating.
The DNA repair process is constantly active as it responds to damage in the DNA structure.
When a cell starts to divide and regenerate itself,
A call goes out and the cells ask if it is making a copy of itself or if it is to change.
This meditation is the instruction for it to change.
But the cell doesn't know what to change into.
Visualization becomes the instruction manual.
The cells and DNA will change in whatever ways it needs to in order to match what you visualize.
So when prompted,
Visualize the change that you want,
But also feel that change.
The feeling is really important.
If your shoulder hurts,
Imagine reaching high without feeling the pain.
If your ankle hurts,
Imagine jumping and playing your favorite sport.
If your cells need cleaning up,
Then visualize your cells without disease and in a healthy state.
Imagine a beautiful scene in nature,
Walking pain free,
Jumping and climbing,
Swimming and feeling your body in its full,
Healthy state.
If you have been wanting healing for a very long time,
It can be difficult to imagine feeling healthy in the beginning.
So give it time.
It gets easier to imagine.
The rejuvenation cycle is dependent upon what area of the body the cells reside.
It can be days,
Months or even years,
But on average a 30-day span covers many cell rejuvenation cycles.
So that is why I suggest doing this meditation several times a week for at least 30 days if you are on a healing journey.
Also notice your thoughts throughout the day.
Bring your awareness to the thought patterns that may hinder your healing and start to change them.
Use affirmations like,
I am healing,
I am healed.
During the 30 days you may experience good days and then slip back into old patterns of illness or pain.
Don't be discouraged.
She likes patterns and we are going to spend 30 days repatterning the signals to your cells and DNA.
Look for shifts in your health.
Perhaps a good day stretches into two.
An activity that was difficult is now easier.
Look for synchronicities that also support your healing.
Maybe you come across an article and have that aha moment or perhaps you hear about a practitioner that may be better aligned with your particular issue.
Maybe you are inspired to make a change in your diet or to add a supplement.
Sometimes a small nugget of inspiration is the change we need to heal.
Be open during this healing journey as it may also bring clarity and changes in other areas of your life.
Everything is connected.
