Welcome to this meditation on restoring the gut's microbiome.
I suggest either sitting up straight or lying down on your back with your head supported
so that you have a straight alignment to your spine.
You can place a rolled towel under your knees if you want a little more support if lying
down.
So go ahead and take a moment and get comfy.
Let's begin by asking for assistance and setting an intention.
Repeat silently or out loud.
I lovingly ask for assistance from my guides and teachers in this healing session.
If it is for my highest good.
My intention is to heal my stomach's microbiome and strengthen my immune system.
Very good.
Place your hands comfortably side by side on your belly,
Thumbs touching over your navel
and your index and middle fingers touching over the lower abdomen.
Begin with a deep breath bringing it down into the belly and the belly expands.
You feel the rib cage fan out on all sides.
Now exhale through the back of the mouth in a slow cleansing breath.
Once again,
Breathe in filling the belly.
The stomach rises,
The upper lungs fill,
The rib cage expands and exhale again through
the back of the mouth.
Very good.
Now on your own,
Just breathe deeply.
Very good.
Now simply sense the body.
How does it feel?
Let the body relax a little more on the next exhale.
Your neck and shoulders relax.
Your back releases.
Your hips feel heavy and the back softens.
Your legs are relaxed.
Your arms are relaxed.
Your whole body relaxes while it appreciates this time you have set aside.
Your body communicates through sensations.
This voice can be loud or sometimes a soft whisper that we miss in our busy lives.
But you are listening now.
The body is detoxing at an accelerated pace in this time of awakening.
A glorious detoxing,
But it can also create discomfort.
Energy can be depleted while this process takes place.
Hormones can be disrupted.
The endocrine system can be affected.
Digestion can be affected.
Embrace this rebalancing because when imbalances exist,
A solution is already in progress.
Pushing against it will only prolong the process of healing.
Empower your body to do what it needs to do,
Allowing it the time it needs to recalibrate.
Trust your body to know how to rebalance and heal.
Sense your body again.
Adjust your position as needed if you are experiencing any discomfort.
Bring your focus to the abdominal area from the root to the solar plexus.
We will take a moment to tone.
Toning vibrates the glands and organs,
Creating a sonic bath to strengthen the energy centers.
It doesn't matter if you're tone deaf.
This is only about creating vibration in the body.
Make a low vibrating tone similar to the vowel sound in the word you.
Let it roll from the back of the throat to the front of the mouth.
Do you feel a buzzy vibration in your belly?
Try variations in the sound,
Maybe a little higher,
Maybe a little lower,
Until you feel
it below the navel.
There is no wrong way as long as you are feeling a vibration in the belly and abdomen.
Do on your own for a little while more to stimulate this area,
Making it awake and aware.

You can now stop toning.
Bring your focus to your heart center,
The chakra that connects you to your healing powers.
The heart meridian is the center of self-love,
And all healing is through self-love.
Bring in a bright white light and bring it into your heart chakra.
Let it grow with intensity,
A healing energy connected to the quantum field that sources
all manifestation,
Even healing.
We are all sparks of source energy.
Do you sense a warmth in this area?
If you feel tightness in your chest,
Relax this area even more on the next exhale.
Imagine this white light now traveling down from your heart and resting beneath your palms,
Turning into a warm orange healing energy beneath your palm chakras,
Warming your sacral chakra.
We will keep our focus on this area for a moment,
Sending healing energy to the sacral chakra.
Imagine it is glowing beneath your palms,
An orange healing energy.
Breathe in and breathe out.
The digestive system involves all three lower energy centers,
The root,
The sacral,
And
solar plexus.
But the highest microbial density is in the large intestine,
Which is governed by the
sacral chakra.
So we will focus on this area.
Just breathe in and breathe out.
Imagine the orange healing energy glowing,
Warm and nourishing,
Strengthening your beneficial
microbes and destroying the bad microbes.
Can you see the good microbes glowing and multiplying?
Can you see them seeking out and destroying the bad ones?
Your body is always seeking balance and vitality.
Tiny little soldiers fighting for you and conquering any invaders.
Continue to visualize this on your own.
The sacral energy center is also your center of creativity.
We move forward in life and create expressions of our life's purpose.
Can you find ways to be creative during your day?
Little forms of creativity will move energy.
Leave judgment behind.
Source isn't judging your creative outlet.
It is sourcing the energy of creativity through you so that it can create elsewhere in the
field.
All things are connected.
Just breathe and now let it all out,
Exhaling from the back of the mouth.
The energy beneath your palms has now done its work,
Gathering what doesn't serve you.
Let that energy,
Now gray with debris,
Let it flow down through your feet,
Clearing the
lower chakras,
Releasing it into the earth,
Mother Gaia.
Energy is never really destroyed.
It can only be transformed.
So let earth transform it now into something beautiful and useful.
Let's imagine traveling into your digestive tract.
Visualize your gut microbiome,
Trillions of tiny microorganisms that live in your intestinal
tract,
Dancing in an energetic dance,
Bringing balance to your system.
Eighty percent of your immune system is centered around these beneficial microbes.
Your digestive tract is always seeking to strengthen the good bacteria and minimize
the bad.
These beneficial microbes break your food down into fuel,
Giving you energy and the
nutrients that you need.
They fight off invaders that cause infection and they have anti-inflammatory properties
that benefit your body and mind.
Imagine them being bathed in an energy beneath your hands,
Pulsing from yellow to orange,
From orange to red,
Then from red back to orange,
With the intention of strengthening
these beneficial microbes,
Talking to the cells in your digestive lining,
Strengthening,
Supporting,
Fortifying,
Energizing.
Now talk to your body and your guides and make a request.
Guide me to beneficial foods and supplements that will heal my body and help detox.
Very good.
Find what works for you.
Wisdom will call to you.
Give the body the sleep it needs to heal.
Find sweeteners and sugars that feed the cravings and the bad microbes.
Find fermented foods that taste good to you.
Explore probiotics and prebiotics.
Avoid anything unnatural in the food supply.
Reduce stress.
And together,
Let's set the intention to heal during sleep.
Tonight,
It is my desire to heal while I sleep.
Let me find balance and peace.
Your cells are conscious and listening.
Give other positive healing messages to your body throughout the day.
This will program the water in your cells and align your body with vitality and health.
When the session ends,
I suggest drinking a large glass of lemon water to help release
the toxins that we are vibrating out of the body.
If you are doing this before bed,
Drink the lemon water first thing in the morning,
Before
eating.
And energy likes patterns,
So return to this meditation several times until you start to
see shifts.
Healing is made through a change in vibration,
One that is different than the illness itself.
So see yourself as transitioning from one vibrational state to another.
Surrender into it rather than pushing against it while you are on your way to what you desire.
For the remainder of our time together,
Just relax.
Letting the body find its own rhythm of inhalation and exhalation.
Listening to the music,
Balancing,
Making adjustments,
And healing.
