These meditations require your full attention and focus.

Please listen when you can be still and free from distracting activities such as driving or operating equipment.

Be Vivid This is your time to dream.

This meditation is designed to help you see your dreams in brilliant vivid colors.

Give yourself permission to dream anything you want.

You can see whatever you want to in your dreams.

Let go of all the things other people have told you about yourself and let your imagination go wild.

Open yourself up and dwell in the possibilities.

If you are unable to see the details,

Simply continue practicing the exercise.

Each person has different visualizing capabilities so give this meditation your best effort.

At the end of the meditation you will hear a soft chime and my voice to bring your awareness to the present moment.

Let's begin.

Please sit in a chair or on the floor with your back straight and your head upright.

Next place your hands in a comfortable position in your lap or on your thighs.

Close your eyes and become aware of your breathing.

I ask you to begin breathing and slowly inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Take your time and breathe in and out at your own pace.

As you continue breathing,

Adjust your body until you are comfortable.

Continue breathing in and feel your breath moving through your body.

Connect with your breathing rhythm.

Breathe in and out at your own pace.

Feel the air moving through your body as you breathe.

Feel the air filling your lungs and your chest.

Just continue breathing in and out.

Feel the air moving through your body.

Continue breathing at your own pace.

On your next in breath,

I want you to start your deep breathing by holding your breath for three counts before exhaling slowly through your nose.

Continue breathing in and holding for a count of three before exhaling.

As you continue your deep breathing,

Let this be your new breathing rhythm.

What dreams have you put away?

Keep breathing deeply and see the picture of your dreams in your mind.

Be as detailed as you can.

What does the picture look like?

You are the star of this movie.

Where are you?

What are you doing?

How do you feel?

Can you see what you're wearing?

How long have you had this dream?

Before your hold back,

Let your mind and your imagination soar.

Open your mind and your heart to all the possibilities.

See yourself in living color.

What are you doing in your dream?

Who is there with you?

Imagine your dream.

Keep breathing and picturing the details.

Let your thoughts,

Imagination,

And feelings flow.

Feel the emotions of this moment.

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to adjust your breathing to your normal pace.
