I’d like to share with you one of my favorite daily practices called Ho’oponopno. This forgiveness practice called, Ho’oponopno, is a Hawaiian healing practice which means to make right, right. It uses four phrases to cleanse and clear the energy around you so you can release any old feelings of negativity. The phrases are: I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. This practice has been called magical. I believe you will find it to be useful.
