Over the 11 sessions you will connect with: * Being on solid ground to feel safe and protected * Appreciating your body through gratitude * 40 affirmations to energize you for the day Reflection and journaling/sketching/doodling are encouraged after each session for you to connect with which affirmations resonated with you as well as which ones felt more challenging. If you are interested in being kinder to yourself or want to include affirmations to help manage your thoughts and feel better, this program can help you do that. Meet your Teacher

Barbara J. Faison is a Certified Meditation Guide, author, and professional voice talent who shares practical ways to help you struggle less and enjoy life more.
