Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation today on releasing any pain or stress or tension from your being,
From your experience,
From your body,
From your mind.
So we're just going to start with the breath.
Breathing in deeply,
Fully,
Pausing.
And then as you exhale completely relaxing.
The breath comes in very naturally,
Fully,
Deeply,
Pause.
And then the breath flows out and you allow yourself to relax,
To soften,
To melt away tension.
And as you breathe,
Continuing to draw your attention inside yourself.
Just noticing where your energy has been pulled outwards and welcoming it back in.
Bringing all your energy and attention and focus back inside yourself.
Especially when we have pain or tension or stress,
We may want to avoid ourselves and look outward.
But we notice that it doesn't resolve the pain or the stress or the tension.
Bringing your attention lovingly upon yourself as you settle into your heart and you allow your body to relax.
And wherever there is pain or tension,
Breathing more deeply with awareness into those places.
And with your mind on each exhale,
Visualize,
See,
Intend for that pain to soften,
To lose its grip.
So with each exhale,
You're directing your attention to melt and soften tension,
Pain or stress.
And becoming aware that you are a conscious,
Loving being and you can place your attention,
Your awareness,
Wherever you'd like.
And that you can bring healing,
Loving,
Calming energy there.
That you,
The soul,
Are powerful.
Feeling the power of your consciousness.
And as you bring consciousness to any areas of pain,
Stress,
Or tension,
Notice when you bring your awareness there with love,
With compassion,
With non-resistance,
Gentle acceptance,
You're able to soften things.
Reduce the sensation,
Stress,
The tension.
Just noticing the effects as you become more and more deeply aware of yourself as a conscious,
Loving,
Powerful being.
And that you are not alone either.
You are connected to the Great Light,
The Great One,
The Divine.
And as you're quietly in touch with yourself,
Bringing healing energy,
Now allowing in the great floods and showers of healing light from the Divine,
Who is an unlimited source of love,
Peace,
Power,
Purity,
Bliss.
And just allow these healing energies to flood into your being.
You might place your palms up to receive.
And for these next few moments,
Just simply receive this even greater flow of loving,
Healing energy.
And you can allow it to fill your body.
You can direct it to anywhere you have pain.
Letting go of any resistance and receiving this Divine light.
You can let go of any resistance and receive this Divine light.
Letting go of any resistance and receiving this Divine light.
Letting go of any resistance and receiving this Divine light.
And just noticing how much you can receive.
So often we think our spiritual or meditation practice requires pushing and forcing and efforting.
But really,
It's a deep letting go and openness to receive the greatness of Divine light and even to receive yourself,
The soul.
So take another few moments in this receiving,
Because as you receive yourself,
As you receive the healing light of the One,
This is the energy required to soften,
To heal,
To relieve pain,
Tension,
Or stress.
You can let go of any resistance and receive this Divine light.
Letting go of any resistance and receiving this Divine light.
Surrounded in light,
Filled with peace,
Flooded with healing energy.
Just enjoying this blissful connection you have directly to the Highest One.
And as a child of that Highest Being,
You too are powerful,
Full of light,
Loving,
And capable of softening,
Of healing,
Relaxing,
And releasing.
Just taking a few more moments to take it all in,
As if you're sitting in front of this Great Being who's like a spiritual sun,
And you're sunbathing in the most powerful,
Healing,
Purifying light.
You can let go of any resistance and receive this Divine light.
Empowered and strong,
Aware of your Divinity and your Divine connection.
Noticing how you might feel different now than before you started this meditation.
And remembering this experience of being in touch with your Great Self and the Great Divine One.
And how capable you are of bringing healing energy to relieve pain,
Stress,
Tension.
And that you can completely melt it away with patience,
With love,
With awareness and attention.
Non-resistance.
And even if you're not able to completely let it go,
Right now you can trust that in time with this practice,
More and more,
You'll be able to release and let go of pain,
Stress,
Or tension.
So taking this with you into the rest of your day or evening,
Feeling of being empowered,
Strong,
Capable,
Divine,
And completely connected,
Supported,
And blessed.
