When we bring our breath into an equal state, the effect is magnified. In this meditation, we are using the count of 6. Inhaling a six-count and exhaling a six-count. In this version, we are using the Mantra Om Namah Shivaya as a counting rhythm. Om Namah Shivaya is a salutation to Lord Shiva. The God of Destruction. Reciting this mantra can help us to destroy the ego and connect with our highest selves.
