This sharing is a multiplier.
These sharings don't replace your current practices.
They're here to amplify them,
Making your practices more powerful,
More sustainable,
And more joyful.
What if everything you've ever learned could now work even better?
What if meditation became easier,
Mindfulness more natural,
And life lighter?
Let's begin.
Take a comfortable position and let this story do its magic.
Close your eyes and listen to my voice as if you were a field,
Feeling the warmth of the sunlight resting on it.
Let your body soften and this time listen with your whole being,
Not to understand but to experience.
Once upon a moment,
Right here,
In this breath,
In this body you call yours,
There was a child.
Be this child for a while.
Let curiosity come back,
See the world as if it were new,
And imagine this,
Remember this.
One day you'll find a magnifying glass,
A simple object that feels inviting.
You step outside into a garden,
You kneel down,
And you look at a leaf.
What a surprise!
The glass is transparent and yet as you look through it everything changes.
The leaf becomes a forest of veins,
Tiny things become vast,
Not because they grow but because you're looking differently.
Feel the wonder,
The excitement in your chest,
The sparkle in your eyes,
That innocent feeling that everything is alive and everything is possible.
Take a slow breath in through the nose as if the world fully belonged to you,
And breathe out gently as if you fully belong to the world.
Now something catches your attention,
The sunlight.
You tilt the magnifying glass and you notice the light gathers,
Softly at first,
Then more precisely.
A tiny point appears on the leaf you focus on.
You wait,
Present,
And then a thread of smoke,
Subtle,
Almost invisible.
The leaf begins to change from green to dark,
And in that moment something is revealed.
The lens doesn't create the leaf,
It doesn't create the sun,
And yet it transforms by focusing.
Keep breathing,
Softly,
Lightly.
Feel the safety of this simple story,
Carried by your breath.
Let that feeling of safety spread throughout your body.
And now come back to yourself,
Because what you just saw was never about the leaf.
It was showing you something,
Something so simple it often goes unnoticed.
The lens didn't create,
It revealed by focusing.
And the same is true within you.
Your awareness is like a magnifying glass.
Whatever you place your attention on expands.
A thought becomes more present,
A feeling seems to take all the space.
Not because they are bigger,
But because they are being looked at.
Let this land.
Have you noticed how attention can gather?
At first it simply looks,
Then it stays.
And when it stays,
Something begins to change,
Just like the sunlight through the lens.
When the focus becomes steady,
Precise,
Undivided,
It magnifies,
It intensifies.
A small thought can become persistent,
A tight feeling can become overwhelming.
Not because it grows on its own,
But because it is being held in the light of attention.
And then something even more powerful happens.
That same focus that can intensify noise can also intensify warmth,
Clarity,
Like the leaf that began to transform.
The power was never in the leaf.
It was in the focus,
In your focus.
Feel the expanded clarity you are gaining.
Feel this expanded sense of safety.
And notice life is not something happening to you.
It is something happening through you.
Feel the movement of your breath,
Rising and falling.
Feel life moving through you.
Take a slow breath in,
Through your nose,
As if the world fully belonged to you.
And breathe out gently,
As if you fully belonged to the world.
But this time,
Not as an idea,
But as a knowing.
Because now you've seen what you focus on grows.
What you hold in attention intensifies.
And what you stay with transforms.
So let your attention rest where you want life to unfold.
No force,
No effort,
Just a direction.
And notice how different it feels,
Clearer.
Let this stay with you.
Not as something to remember this time,
But as something you now see clearly.
Because the power was never outside.
It was always here.
In the way you look.
In the way you feel.
In the way you focus.
