This sharing is a multiplier.

These sharings don't replace your current practices.

They're here to amplify them,

Making your practices more powerful,

More sustainable,

And more joyful.

What if everything you've ever learned could now work even better?

What if meditation became easier,

Mindfulness more natural,

And life lighter?

Let's begin.

Wherever you are right now,

Comfortably seated on a chair,

Lying on your bed,

Walking in nature,

Or simply posing between two moments,

Let the next breath become a bridge.

A bridge between what is and what you think there is.

And let this story resonate through you,

As if your body were floating,

Your ears immersed in water,

Each word a ripple,

And each silence a vibration from within.

Let the words settle.

No effort,

Just total openness,

As if you were the lens of a camera.

The wider it opens,

The larger the picture.

Presence is always panoramic.

Breathe your consciousness open.

Feel your belly gently rise,

Like a balloon filling with helium that lightens you up.

From above,

Even the most tangled maze reveals its pattern.

From above,

The path always becomes clear.

Breathe in through your nose,

And breathe out slowly through your mouth.

Let breath lift the weight you thought you had to carry,

And immerse yourself in this story.

Now,

Imagine a color you've never seen.

Not blue,

Not red,

Not green.

A brand new color,

One that doesn't exist in the world yet.

Can you see it?

Really?

It's hard,

Isn't it?

As if Mother Nature had already embraced the fullness of life.

Or maybe it's not about color.

Maybe it's about perception.

Maybe you are not missing a shade,

But a sense.

So just imagine if you could ask for one more sense.

A seventh sense beyond sight,

Sound,

Smell,

Taste,

Touch,

And intuition.

What would it be?

What would it open in you?

Can you sense it now?

Difficult,

Isn't it?

Are you really missing something?

Right here,

Right now.

And so,

A question arises.

If nothing was missing,

Why would you long for more?

Where does this feeling that something is missing come from?

This feeling that when you get this something,

You'd finally be happy.

What is this one thing?

A person?

A number in your bank account?

A door to open?

A wound to close?

What is this one thing that sends you searching on a quest whose objects slip through your fingers,

Just like a silverfish in a stream?

The more you chase it,

The faster it swims.

Let the water settle.

But what is this water made of?

What if it were made of thoughts?

Not a real stream made of water,

But a stream of thoughts.

Ask yourself,

If nothing real is missing,

Why did you make up lack?

Why pretend scarcity in a world that never ran out of color,

That never ran out of breath,

That never ran out of life?

Return to your breath.

Come back to now.

And breathe.

Let yourself be still.

Let yourself be whole.

Feel that you were never lacking.

Not in color.

Not in senses.

Not in being.

Lack is a thought.

And abundance is your nature.

Thought allows us to focus,

To peek at life,

Through the tiny end of a telescope,

Seeing only a slice of a big picture.

And in that narrow view,

You imagine what is missing.

But what you think is missing is just outside of your current focus.

Breathe your consciousness open.

Let remembering be enough.

Enough to let the fullness of life in.

Enough to release the grip and to let the lens of your inner camera open,

Welcoming the full spectrum of light with nothing excluded.

Let the longing melt.

Let the wanting rest.

Abundance begins when you stop reaching and start receiving.

And breathe.

Soften.

And receive.
