This sharing is a multiplier.

These sharings don't replace your current practices.

They're here to amplify them,

Making your practices more powerful,

More sustainable,

And more joyful.

What if everything you've ever learned could now work even better?

What if meditation became easier,

Mindfulness more natural,

And life lighter?

Let's begin.

Take a slow breath in and let it fall out of your body effortlessly.

Keep breathing deeply through the nose,

Feeling your belly rise and fully through the mouth,

Feeling your belly flatten.

Feel the world around you slowing down as your breath slows down.

Let yourself listen with presence.

Nothing to achieve,

Just to hear,

To feel the bliss of pure presence and,

Perhaps,

To be surprised by the freshness of this message.

Let's begin.

Imagine you are going on holiday.

You arrive at the reception of your hotel.

Something soft loosens inside you.

You breathe.

Your breath slows down naturally.

You breathe in deeply through the nose,

As if letting this pleasant experience wash through you.

And you breathe out fully through the mouth,

As if your whole body whispers,

Let go.

The receptionist smiles and tells you that you can drop your luggage.

Everything you place here will be kept safe.

Nothing will be lost.

Everything will be waiting for you when you return.

And so you begin to deposit your bags and suddenly a thought arises.

What if I could drop the heavy thoughts too?

The thoughts from work,

The ones from the past,

The stories,

The regrets,

The looping memories.

You place them gently in the safe.

Then the future appears.

The plans,

The expectations,

The imaginary scenarios,

The worries.

You smile and place these in the safe as well.

Because you know you can pick them up later.

Nothing is at risk.

And as you do,

You start to feel lighter.

You can still feel your coat,

Your shoes,

Your body.

But something subtle is shifting.

A flavor of lightness.

A softness that was already there.

Pleased by this feeling,

You decide to deposit something else.

The thoughts about the present.

The labels,

The commentary,

That inner voice whispering,

This is happening but something else should have happened.

Everything you think you know.

Everything that names,

Defines,

Compares.

You place those in the safe too.

And now what is left?

You can hear my voice.

But if all thoughts are gone,

You can't know your age.

How could you?

You can't know your gender,

Your culture,

Your language.

Without words,

How could you know any of that?

And yet,

You are still here.

Thought free,

But not gone.

You didn't disappear.

Something remains.

Presence remains.

Awareness remains.

Your essence remains.

You are being.

Without being defined.

Without being narrowed.

Without being labeled.

Notice how that feels.

Spacious.

Calm.

Quietly alive.

There is a confidence here.

A natural freedom.

Not created.

Not forced.

Not achieved.

Just revealed.

This confidence never left you.

The freedom was never missing.

It was only covered by layers of thoughts.

Maybe you wondered,

How do I gain confidence?

How do I feel free?

Here is the answer.

There is nothing to reach.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to push away.

Everything you ever looked for is already here.

In you.

This is what remains when thought rests.

When your mind goes on holiday.

You feel rested.

Light.

Life is never tight or heavy.

Your thoughts,

Maybe.

And now that you don't know anything anymore.

Now that you dropped all your thoughts.

Those of the past.

Those of the future.

Those of the present.

You are free to explore again.

To reinvent yourself from what you desire most.

Instead of what you fear most.

You left your old clothes behind.

Those tight thoughts.

Those narrow stories.

Naked.

You feel free.

Alive.

Expansive.

Raw life is never tight or heavy.

Your thoughts,

Maybe.

And now you can wear thoughts that allow you to grow.

To expand.

To breathe.

Stay here for a moment.

Let presence amplify itself.

Nothing to do.

Nothing to become.

Just being.

And when you feel ready.

You can return.

Knowing that the safe is still there.

And presence will always be with you.

You don't need a holiday to drop your thoughts.

Now you know that it is only the thoughts that feel tight and heavy.

And every time you feel squeezed.

Contracted.

Limited.

Remember.

Life is never tight or heavy.

Your thoughts,

Maybe.

And then you'll know what to do.

Drop the thoughts.

In an agenda.

In a notebook.

In a drawer.

Somewhere they can rest.

Without keeping you captive.

Let remembering be enough.
