Find a really comfy position,
Preferably seated with your back straight,
But you can lie down if that feels better for you,
And gently allow your body to settle.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth.
Just let the day soften around you,
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Unclench your jaw and let your body feel supported by the surface beneath you.
Welcome to this guided meditation for the new moon in Taurus.
This is a moment in the lunar cycle that can help us reset.
New moons mark the beginning of something.
They give us a quiet opening where we can set intentions and choose what we want to grow.
And in Taurus,
This energy becomes slower,
Steadier,
More grounded.
Taurus is connected to the body,
To the senses,
To the physical world.
It's all about stability,
Security,
Self-worth,
And creating a life that feels good to be in.
Not rushed,
Not forced,
But built with care and intention over time.
So this is definitely not about urgency.
It's about choosing something real,
Something that can really last,
Something that feels aligned with who you are and what you truly value.
Take another slow breath in,
And as you exhale,
Begin to bring your awareness down into your body.
Notice the weight of yourself,
The points of contact with the ground,
And let yourself arrive here fully.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Nothing you need to do.
Just breathe.
Take one last deep intentional breath before we start the visualization.
Begin to imagine that you are standing at the edge of a wide open field.
It's golden hour,
Just before sunset.
The light is soft and warm,
Casting everything in a gentle glow.
The field stretches out in front of you.
It's endless and calm.
The grass moves slowly in the breeze.
Connect to all of your senses.
What can you smell?
What can you hear?
There is no rush here.
There's no pressure to go anywhere quickly.
There's just space.
You begin to walk forward slowly,
Feeling the ground beneath your feet.
Each step is steady,
Supported.
You can feel the earth holding you.
The air is warm against your skin,
And there is this really nice sense of ease in your body.
As you walk further into the field,
You start to notice how calm everything feels.
There is nothing missing here,
Nothing to chase.
Just a quiet sense of enoughness.
Really connect to that feeling.
That feeling of satisfaction,
Of contentment,
Of being alive.
Allow yourself to walk until you find a place that feels right.
A place where you want to stop.
And when you're ready,
Gently lower yourself down onto the grass.
Lying back into the softness of the earth.
Feel your body fully supported,
Held.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine that your body is becoming heavier.
Sinking lightly into the ground beneath you.
Not stuck,
Just supported.
Rooted.
And connect to your senses once again.
Notice how the grass feels against your skin.
Notice what it smells like.
Notice what you can hear,
The nature around you.
Let go of any tension you might be holding,
And just really soften here.
Let go of any sense of needing to figure anything out.
And in this space of calm,
Begin to bring your awareness to something you want to call into your life.
Something that reflects stability,
Security,
Or maybe a deeper sense of self-worth.
It doesn't need to be complicated,
Just something that feels true.
Notice how it feels in your body when you think about this.
Not the outcome,
But the feeling of already having it.
The steadiness of it.
The sense of being supported by it.
Just stay with that feeling.
And now imagine that the earth beneath you is responding.
That with each breath you take,
There is a gentle exchange of energy between your body and the ground.
As you breathe out,
You offer your intention down into the earth.
And as you breathe in,
You receive support back.
And slowly and steadily,
This intention begins to settle.
To take root.
It is not forced,
It is not rushed.
It's just planted in its own time.
And really trust that it will grow.
And I'm going to ask you to bring your awareness back to the new moon.
This quiet,
Unseen point in the lunar cycle where everything begins again.
There is nothing to show yet,
Nothing fully formed.
And that is exactly the point.
This is where intentions are set beneath the surface.
Where growth starts slowly,
In its own time.
Just like what you have planted here.
As the moon begins to grow in the nights ahead,
So will your intention.
Gradually,
Steadily,
Without force.
You don't need to rush it or control it.
Your only job now is to stay connected to what you set here.
And to trust the natural rhythm of its unfolding.
So,
Take one last look at the field around you.
Feeling connected to the ground,
To the earth,
To the grass.
And very slowly bring yourself back into the room that you're in.
You can bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your surroundings.
And when it feels right,
You can slowly open your eyes.
And I want you to take this feeling of steadiness with you.
This sense of being rooted in yourself.
And trust that what you set in motion here will unfold.
Guided by the same natural cycles that move the moon above you.
