Today,
We're going to focus on clearing energy from moments past.
I want you as I explained to you and invite you to this world.
I ask that you breathe,
That you allow yourself to take full deep breaths throughout this entire meditation.
We will be clearing old energy from the body,
Things that you've been holding on to that's not serving you anymore.
We will be clearing energy of moments past.
Take some time to find a comfortable way to sit or lay down.
Allow yourself to take a nice deep breath in and exhale.
Deep breath in as full as you can and exhale.
Exhale taking as much oxygen as you can,
Filling the lungs with the beautiful oxygen and exhale.
Expelling the carbon dioxide within your body till there's no more.
Exhale as much as you can all the way out till you can't exhale anymore.
Inhale and exhale.
Start by taking full deep breaths,
Exaggerated breaths,
Slowly allowing your breath to fall into place as it would like.
Taking your own time,
Your own tempo,
Breathing in and exhaling through the nose out.
In and exhaling out.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your face.
Slightly let your jaws hang so that your teeth are separate and slightly parted.
Continue breathing in and out.
Release your jaw.
You can allow your lips to slightly part if that feels most comfortable.
Pay attention to the sensations in your face.
Where do you feel tight?
Where do you feel that you're holding?
And allow yourself to let go.
Breathe into the spaces of your face that you're holding tension.
Feel the breath expand those areas that you're feeling tension in your face and exhale,
Letting it hang,
Letting it hang loose.
Letting all the tension melt away,
Breathing life into the spaces of tension.
Turn your attention to your forehead.
Is your forehead tight?
Does it feel squished?
Are you making a face?
Breathe into that space in your forehead and let the tension melt away.
This is all stagnant energy that your face is manifesting that you're holding on to.
And as we breathe,
We let the energy melt and transition itself throughout the body,
Transcending the energies to more positive fluid vibrations.
Allow the stagnant energy to melt itself like warm butter on bread,
Just melting away,
Spreading itself,
Relaxing itself.
Allow your breath to fall in and out.
Allow your breath to be inspired by the release of the energy.
Allow the descriptive words to fuel your breath.
Make sure you're taking deep inhales into the diaphragm and exhale.
Inhale into your stomach and exhale,
Expelling all the breath out.
Inhale into the stomach and exhale out.
Make sure you allow yourself to hear the breaths that you are taking.
Inhale at the stomach expand and exhale.
Let the stomach collapse.
Inhale at the stomach protrude out and exhale.
Let it collapse in.
Inhale at the stomach protrude out,
Filling with air like a balloon.
And exhale,
The balloon is losing the air.
Inhale the balloon is filling up with oxygen.
Breathe full,
Full deep breaths.
Exhale the balloon is collapsing.
Inhale deep breath.
Make sure that balloon is filling with oxygen,
The stomach coming out.
And exhale,
The balloon is collapsing,
Releasing all the carbon dioxide.
Now as you become more aware,
As you become more aware and release the tension within your face,
Let's release the tension within the lips.
One sound you can let the lips trimmer,
Relaxing the lips,
Just allowing the tension to be released.
And as you inhale,
Allow everything in the body to expand and collapse,
Allowing all the energy to melt into the floor.
Inhale,
Exhale,
All the energy your shoulders are dropping,
Your stomach is collapsing,
All the energy is melting into the floor.
Allowing you to relax more as you listen to my voice,
You drop deeper into your body.
You can allow all the tension,
Allow the floor to absorb that energy.
Breathe that energy out,
Allowing it to flow into the floor,
Letting the floor take on all your pains,
All your struggles,
All the tension that you've been holding throughout the day.
Give that to the floor.
Breathe into the chest,
Allowing all the breath to drop into the stomach.
Breathe into the chest,
Allowing all the tension to drop into the stomach.
The more you inhale,
The more of your body expands.
We're taking full,
Deep,
Expansive breaths.
Relax the diaphragm.
Relax the stomach.
Relax the pelvis.
If you need to adjust yourself,
Allow yourself to shift your weight from side to side.
Allow yourself to breathe.
Do not make yourself wrong for the experiences that you're having.
Allow the shifts.
Allow your body to guide you to adjust your neck to tighten up your abdominals.
To shift your weight forward,
Bring your head and your weight forward.
Continue breathing.
Listen to your breath.
Now pay attention to your pelvis.
Make sure your sit bones and your toes are relaxed.
Relax your toes.
Relax your calves.
Relax your thighs.
Breathe into your thighs.
Breathe into your pelvis.
Allow the breath and the mind to create an image of the breath flowing down like a river expanding into the calves,
Expanding into the thighs.
If your shoulders come up,
Let it come up and release.
Expand and let the river flow into your pelvis and out through your toes,
Connecting you to the floor,
Letting all the tension and all the energy that you're holding onto sink into the floor,
Creating space and freedom into your body.
Allow that image of freedom to enter your mind.
Let that image of freedom flow through the body.
Let it disperse through the body.
Let it release into the body.
Feel that sensation of freedom.
What images come to mind?
What images remind you of freedom?
Let it be dispersed through the body.
Allow yourself to receive the sensation of freedom.
Allow your mind's eye to receive the sensation of freedom and let yourself be washed with the sensation of freedom.
What does the sensation of freedom feels like in your eyes?
How does it feel?
What does that sensation of freedom feel like in your cheeks?
How does it feel?
Allow the sensation,
The blissness of freedom to take hold of you.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings of freedom.
When freedom washes over your chest,
What does that feel like?
Allow your body to take that structure.
Through the breath,
Allow your body to take that structure,
Sitting still but just embodying slight shifts and adjustments throughout your body,
Throughout your chest.
What does that sensation of freedom feels like in your abdominals,
In your lower rib cages?
Feel the breath and fill the rib cages with the sensation of freedom and allow it to drop in and anchor down into your pelvis,
Into the floor,
Expanding outward into your room.
Wherever you are,
Let that space be filled with the sensation of freedom.
As you breathe in freedom that is already in existence within life,
Within your space,
You absorb that energy through your body,
Exhaling it and dropping it down into your pelvis.
Flowing it out into the rest of the room,
Allowing your breath to take control,
Allowing your breath and your intuition to guide you.
Nice full deep breaths.
Allowing yourself to become aware of your body and where you're holding tension.
Asking yourself,
Asking your body,
Asking your feet,
Asking your face,
Asking your hands to let go and relax and to drop and melt into the floor.
Ask your hands,
Can you please melt into the floor?
Ask your feet,
Your thighs to melt and to surrender into the floor and allow your breath to expand and fill the spaces where tension has been released.
To fill those spaces with life,
Peace,
Joy.
As you inhale and fill those spaces,
You exhale all the past traumas and memories,
Letting it drop into the floor,
Letting you and allowing you to be supported by your environment.
Your environment is so strong.
It can take on all your pains,
All your sorrows,
All you have to do is breathe life into your body and transcend the pain into the environment,
Allowing your environment to support you.
Giving all your pains to mother earth,
Giving all your pains to the structure and architecture of your room,
Freeing your mind,
Freeing your body,
Freeing your muscles with your breath,
You become free and there is new space to give to joy,
To give to bliss,
To receive and to listen.
You are now filling your body,
Your mind,
Your eyes,
Your lips,
Your nose,
Your chest,
Your arms with the ability to listen,
To feel peace,
To feel life,
To feel the space within the room,
To feel other people.
You are becoming transparent and fluid and capable of breathing and sensing.
You are letting go of any traumas,
Any concerns,
You are dropping those concerns into the depth of your body,
Allowing it to be released out through your hands,
Out through your feet,
Out through the crown of your head and being expanded into the room,
Surrendering all your pains and your sorrows and your doubts and your concerns are being freed through the breath,
The inhale,
Through the exhale,
Out into the universe,
Becoming nothing,
Just particles in existence,
Transforming,
Transcending.
You no longer have to hold on to yesterday's bad moments,
You no longer have to hold on to this morning's difficulties.
Continue to breathe,
You no longer have to hold on to any experience through the breath,
You inhale new experiences and you exhale out old experiences,
Inhale new experiences,
Exhale old experiences.
You inhale joy,
Peace,
Bliss,
You exhale anything that does not serve you and you allow yourself to be filled with joy at the fact that you are exhaling everything that does not serve you.
Bring your attention to your body,
Start bringing your attention to your room and your space,
Becoming more aware of your environment,
More aware of the structure of where you are,
Grounding yourself into your space,
Coming back to feeling your body once again,
Coming back to reality,
Keeping the same sensation of bliss and relaxation flowing throughout your body,
Bringing this and anchoring it into this reality,
The freedom,
The release of moments past the surrendering to new moments,
Knowing that all you have to do is breathe,
Inhale new experiences,
Exhale moments past,
Inhale new experiences and exhale moments past.
So now anytime you feel tight in your body,
All you have to do is breathe in new moments,
Exhale prior moments past,
Clearing any turmoil,
Clearing any energies that don't serve you by expanding and visualize the energy of new moments expanding throughout your body,
Dispersing it through your entire body,
Pick a spot in your body and breathe life into that area.
Breathe fresh new life into the area of your choice you are capable of releasing moments past and having new experiences.
You are capable of clearing your own energy at any moment in time.
You are capable of healing yourself on your own or with me.
Slightly and in your own time,
Allow your eyes to open up and allow yourself to register this new sensation within your body.
How do you feel when you first came in?
How do you feel as we start to part?
What does your body feel like when you first came in and what does it feel like now?
What did your face feel like and how does it feel now?
Do you feel free?
Do you feel nervous?
Do you feel excited?
Do you feel like laughing?
Do you feel light?
Do you feel heavy?
Register these sensations in a notebook.
Let us know what you're feeling and what you're thinking.
Write this down in a journal.
