Okay,
So I want to start by sharing,
Because the name that I've chosen for the meditation is something,
I don't remember the exact name,
But it's something about the blessing or the presence of the present moment,
That it's the best present we can give to ourselves.
The reason that I chose this name today is because this morning I did a meditation and what I was inspired to do is not to follow a routine that normally I follow and also I guide,
Normally something similar.
I decided just to choose a part of my body and just to be there or to be with it.
And let that connection with that part to start to evolve to whatever it will.
Then I'll do this or do that attitude.
So that was the idea behind it and it worked wonderful and I want to guide the meditation based on that.
Although it's a bit difficult because first,
We are not necessarily connecting to the same part in our body,
Although we can,
And maybe we can do it today.
But second,
The connection from that part to another part will not necessarily be the same.
So I cannot guide like one thing to everybody,
But we can start in the same direction.
Let's see how it evolves together.
Behind it is that the part that observes is the awareness.
So when we're connecting,
For example,
I connected this morning to the touch between my feet and the floor.
And so that was the starting point.
But what is connecting really,
I say,
I,
But really the mind,
Become aware of that place.
And really what's happening is that slowly in the process of that connection,
The awareness,
Which we call it my awareness,
But actually it is the whole creation,
Is starting to embrace you can say or to connect or to dissolve.
Parts that are not in complete vibration with it into itself,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly.
And what the aim is,
In a way,
Is that in the end,
There is nothing separates from nothing.
That's really what's happening as you go deeper and deeper and deeper into that process.
So let's go for it,
See what happens.
And I want,
Of course,
To encourage everybody to play with it when you're meditating on your own.
And what I want to say else is that for me,
I need to take a long,
Long time for this type of meditation.
Normally,
I take a long time,
Maybe hour and a half or something like this,
Or that's what it takes,
Because it takes time until the nervous system is slowly softening,
Softening,
Softening,
Softening,
Softening.
It might sound like a long time.
How can I afford the time,
Et cetera?
But it's fascinating.
I mean,
For me,
It's like entering into scuba diving and seeing all the corals and the fish and it's fascinating to see and to feel how the energy start to undo,
How tension is undoing,
How beautiful sensations start to move in the body,
How light comes here and goes there and colors and it's crazy.
So it's no problem to be there because it's fascinating,
Completely fascinating.
Okay,
So Yeah,
So let's say connect,
Let's start with the feet and let's just become aware how they touch the floor.
It doesn't matter if we're wearing shoes,
Socks,
This has no importance at all.
We just want to focus our awareness on the feet.
And again,
I'm starting with the feet,
But you can do it with any other part.
Just be there.
Yeah,
Just be there and try to start to capture sensation.
Temperature maybe.
First normally comes physical sensation like temperature.
Then may become sensation of pressure,
First more physical.
Yeah,
Maybe a difference in pressure between left and right.
Then we refine and we're moving into vibration.
Maybe for you comes other things,
Maybe you have some discomfort or maybe comfort.
I just go with what comes to me.
So we go to vibration.
Maybe you feel that the feet,
The toes are vibrating.
And if they vibrate,
Maybe they don't vibrate exactly the same in the toes or in the ball of the foot or in the heel.
Just explore a bit.
And then we try to feel that both feet are vibrating,
But they're not only vibrating inside.
In a way,
It's a spectrum,
You can say,
Or it's a space that vibrates,
You know,
So it's inside and outside.
In fact,
The whole creation vibrates exactly the same.
But we are kind of fair.
Focusing only on one part,
Which is our feet right now,
But we could focus on Mars,
Or we can focus on the Moon,
Or we can focus on anything,
Or in the space between Mars and the Moon,
Anything we want.
Now we're focusing on our feet and the kind of the aura or the space around and inside the feet.
Good.
So,
Once you have that,
Just rest with that,
And just wait until your body will kind of connect you,
Or your awareness will connect you,
Suddenly to another part of your body to start to say,
Hey,
I'm here.
Look at me as well.
Once that happens,
Don't drop your connection with the feet or the foot.
Try to incorporate the awareness of the new part that is starting to become visible or noticeable as well.
Now it's not by coincidence that the new part came visible to your awareness after your feet.
What's the reason?
We don't know,
It doesn't matter.
But it's important because that's what your system needed to do.
This is beautiful.
This is natural.
Maybe it's just above your feet and your knees.
Maybe it's your hands.
Maybe it's your head.
It can be anywhere.
It doesn't matter.
So I respect that each one of us has its own rhythm and its own process,
Of course.
Just because we are working together,
I'll guide together.
But of course,
When you do it on your own,
You follow your own rhythm.
So now because we're talking vibration that starts to be noticed in the feet,
Around the feet.
Let's move into the sense of vibration in the body.
And around the body.
So just connecting to that feeling that the body vibrates.
If you feel the vibration very obvious,
Very tangible.
In one part of the body,
Less in the other part,
And don't worry about it at all.
Just acknowledge that.
Oops,
The back is less than the front,
For example,
Or left is different than right.
Don't push the energy,
Don't be proactive.
The only job we're doing is acknowledging.
That's all.
Normally,
The physical body will be noticed in its vibration stronger than the outside body,
Meaning the aura.
If that's the case,
So just acknowledge that situation that the inner body vibrates stronger than the outer body.
And then expand your awareness.
Acknowledge the space around your body.
Understanding that the acknowledgement invites life.
Again,
Acknowledgement invites life.
So when you're acknowledging the space around you,
You inviting the life force to fill up that space.
Normally,
The vibration in the body,
Because it's working harder,
It's more physical.
It's not as subtle as the vibration outside the body.
Which means that the nervous system is a bit charged.
Or maybe a lot charged.
So by us resting our awareness on the vibration in the body and outside the body we're inviting a synchronization of the nervous system.
So they access the tension inside the body.
Can slowly dissipate and soften into the external.
If we feel that our mind is very busy and it jumps to thoughts,
First that's normal,
It's no problem.
But we can help by consciously,
For a minute,
Softening our forehead,
Our eyes,
Our face,
This will send this excess energy build up in the upper body or in the head down and out.
Hee hee.
So now,
Let's say,
Without losing the connection with our body or the vibrational body in the physical body,
Let's expand wider our awareness.
Let's acknowledge infinity.
Let's acknowledge that we are boundless.
It's not that we are boundless,
We or me or I as a physical form.
My physical form is not boundless,
It is limited by the skin.
By their energy form.
And the acknowledgement of their being is boundless.
It can be boundless if you acknowledge it to be like this.
And because energy follows attitude or an image.
The minute you say,
Or you acknowledge,
Or you see,
Boundless MI.
In that instant.
That's who you are,
That's what you're affirming your being to be.
Pounds I speak.
This boundless being is not separate.
From creation,
In fact it is creation.
It is creation that acknowledging itself as the whole,
Yet as a unique vibration within the wholeness.
Unique vibration.
Like a unique wave in the ocean.
Unique drop.
Afraid.
Unique cell of blood.
Yet is all there is.
So once you're knowledging the boundless being.
Which you are.
That's a beautiful,
Beautiful positioning.
To invite your nervous system to further dissolve.
To further relax,
To further soften.
Your nervous system,
Is softening into the infinite being.
So let's recognize areas of tension which mean that in that area the nervous system is most active.
And invite those areas to soften.
We can start with the head.
Let's connect to sensation in the head.
It's essential to understand that the one who connects now is not the person inside,
It is infinity outside.
Yeah,
So the creation itself which is you.
Is connecting to a fraction of it,
Which is the vibration in your head,
And it is calling it.
To come home,
To soften into itself.
I'm calling as infinity the tension in my head.
To synchronize with all there is.
I'm calling as infinity.
To my heart center.
To open up and synchronize any form of tension.
In the whole creation,
Which am I?
So you are the infinite space calling parts of you home.
This is not to say you are not you,
The person.
Of course you are.
But you are also or mainly infinity because the person which you are is now living as you with a name,
With a form,
With a gender,
With a life story.
With endless things and when you pass away that infinite being which you are will stay and that form will go.
So it's essential for us as human being to realize that were infinity.
Manifesting now as human being for a while.
So when we're harmonizing,
We're harmonizing as the truth.
To call tension to synchronize.
I'm calling my heart chakra to synchronize with all there is.
All there is am I.
Let's connect to our base and second chakra,
The pelvic floor,
And the area just below the navel.
And invite those energy centers to synchronize as well.
To open up,
To harmonize with all there is.
Again,
We're not pushing from inside out.
We're calling from outside the imbalance.
You keep your mind on infinite.
And now let's connect to any leftover tension in our nervous system.
So you're always infinity.
And try as infinity to ask yourself if there is a general tension within you.
Tension,
We feel it.
Because our vibration is not in synchronization with source.
When we're in complete synchronization,
We stop feeling our body.
We start feeling separate.
So as long as we feel our body,
We feel it's vibrating,
Even very subtle but vibrates,
It's still not in complete sync with all there is.
This is not a problem.
But if you want to go deeper into deeper healing and deeper bliss,
It's nice to synchronize all dark corners or area of tension.
So try to ask yourself,
Can I feel nervousness within me?
And a general nervousness within my human form.
And then once you're locating the nervousness,
Just call it to dissipate into the infinite being which you are.
We can use this auspicious moment of complete unity and the fact that we are supported by each other.
Like-minded and brother and sister on the spiritual path we can support each other so we can go deeper and ask also for a old habits.
Psychological conditionings,
Things that are completely not useful for us,
They're just part of who we are as human beings,
To dissolve into the infinite space which we are.
So,
Any habits that you feel are holding you back pulling you into places that are not healthy for you.
Call them to dissolve in the infinite space which you are.
I'm calling anxieties.
I'm calling the need to be somebody special.
I'm calling self-abuse.
Whatever you feel is not relevant,
Call that to dissolve.
With no hard feeling,
With a sense of liberation.
And as you're liberating your mind from those psychological tendencies that are creating a lot of heaviness,
Darkness and negativity in our existence,
Invite the light to fill up those spaces in your mind,
In your psyche.
Invite love to fill up those spaces.
Let's do the same process.
Into any physiological condition.
Tendencies that are not very much in our control,
But they came as part of our DNA.
And they created physical reactions that are not always in our benefit.
So invite any physiological tendencies that are not healthy for human existence to dissolve into the infinite space which I am,
Which am I.
Then let's take a minute of gratitude.
Gratitude for the auspiciousness of life.
That then placed me here,
In this very moment.
To do this work.
It is so auspicious and so sacred that the human being is realizing the truth.
The ultimate truth.
Of who we are,
Beyond any thought,
Beyond any religion,
Beyond any philosophy.
Pure Being.
As all there is.
That quality of vibration is so intense,
Is so immense,
That it has an extreme power to help yourself and help others.
To feel well because when you are in pure synchronicity You feel good.
