The time is obviously a thought,
But a very much needed thought while we're living on this planet in a human form,
So we don't bump into each other and life can go in order.
But it's quite fascinating that when we suddenly give importance to time,
It exists and when we don't,
It doesn't.
And then if we kind of expand this reflection,
It's just another thought like any other thought.
And the first thought that we give a lot of importance is the I am me.
It's not a conscious thought,
But it's the background of our existence.
Okay,
So let's see where that kind of introduction takes us.
It's always essential that we start by connecting to presence.
And the fascinating thing about presence is that it always makes us feel better.
Because when you connect with presence,
In fact,
You are synchronizing the whole creation with the object that you're connecting to.
So,
You're coming back to sync with life,
Because life is happening right now.
That's why it's always helpful to do that.
And then you can do it with external object or you can do it with internal object.
But when we do it with internal object,
Like the breath,
Like the energy,
Like sensation in the body,
Etc.
So,
We get two birds in one stone or two flowers in one hand.
And the flowers are that we are calming our system while being present.
Okay,
When we are doing it with the outside phenomena,
It's not so straightforward.
And normally,
The results are not so fast.
So,
Let's bring the awareness inwards and just pay attention to the breath.
This is the easiest because it's the most obvious.
And the breath always will tell us immediately what's happening.
If it's shallow,
We don't feel great.
If it's deep and comfortable,
We feel good.
It's simple.
Why the breath need to tell you and not something else?
Because the mind can tell you you're okay,
But if the breath is shallow,
So maybe okay,
But you can be much better.
So,
Let's pay attention to the quality of the breath.
How is it?
And we don't need to change the way we're breathing.
We just need to become aware.
That's all.
To diagnose,
To see what's happening with the breath.
Okay,
So here already,
When we're doing only that,
Focusing on the breath,
And comes a very,
Very important teaching,
Is whom am I looking?
Okay,
Because the tendency,
If you pay attention,
When you're observing your breath,
Where is the identity?
You know,
Where is the limits of your existence right now?
And normally,
By default,
When I'm observing my breathing,
The identity is in the body as the body.
I am me,
This is my body,
And this is the breath inside my body.
Okay,
This is the most normal,
Natural default.
But as we're doing this meditation and this spiritual work,
We have to grow up.
You know,
This is kindergarten.
We have to go to university,
And then we have to go to the Olympics.
And as we're growing from kindergarten to the Olympics,
We are growing from the ego identity into infinite being.
Okay,
So when we are focusing on the breath,
For example,
We're moving from the ego identity,
I am me,
And I'm focusing on the breath in my body,
To I am the whole creation observing part of itself.
Yeah,
So this thought that I am me,
We allow it to evaporate,
Because really,
It's only very partially true.
Yeah,
Who we are is creation.
Yeah,
And in creation,
We're incredited as a human being,
And we're learning to unite our infinity with our human existence or expression.
Okay,
So after explaining that,
Let's try to observe the breath,
Or the breathing process,
But let's try to do it as infinity,
Not only as a human being.
What does it mean?
You know,
It's not philosophical or anything,
It's very practical.
What it means practically,
That you need to expand your awareness to allow it to become boundless,
And then you're observing the breath.
When you do it,
You can pay attention very clearly,
That normally you're pulling the awareness into the body,
And you're limiting it,
You're segregating it from the external.
That's what we do normally.
We're separating our human existence with the creation,
From the creation.
So now we're uniting that.
Your mind is the whole creation.
Yeah,
You allow it to be boundless.
Yeah,
You don't shrink it.
You don't separate it.
Keep it infinite,
Boundless.
And that boundless mind observing the breath.
Okay,
As much and as fast as we're taking the I am observing out of the way,
And really what's happening,
And this is the simple truth,
The magical truth,
Is that creation observing part of itself.
The I thought is illusion,
It's really an invention,
Exactly like time.
Yeah,
We don't need that really,
Especially when we meditate,
When we go to eat,
Or we go to the toilet,
It's very good that we have I thought,
But we have to try to move out of it,
Especially meditation,
And then to increase the time of no I thought out of meditation.
Okay,
So when we meditate,
Actually there is no need to think that I am the whole creation,
And I am looking at me.
There's no need for that.
It's just a thought that is very disturbing actually.
There is a clean and a straight communication between the whole creation and the breath.
That's all.
No I,
Nothing of that.
Creation having fun with itself through your system,
That's all.
Your job is really to stay as a channel,
As a link to that communication.
And that means that you need to keep your mind straight.
The minute the mind starts to move,
Meaning to think,
Then it loses this direct synchronization or direct channel between all there is and what we call you or the I.
So,
Your job is to keep your awareness completely straight,
You know,
Creating that bridge.
That's all really.
Once you're doing that,
Then you can relax and see how it works.
Okay,
So we unified infinity with the breath.
Now let's do the same action,
Or it's not action,
It's a channeling or synchronization between the whole creation and our nervous system.
Because normally during the day,
We live in the ego identity,
Which is completely out of tune with the creation completely,
Because creation works in unity and we are functioning in duality.
So,
This creates a lot of tension and really charges the nervous system with a lot of tension.
So,
Let's use this beautiful time that we're meditating to synchronize.
So,
To recognize the state of our nervous system,
It's very simple.
You just ask yourself,
Do I feel nervous?
That's all.
Do I feel charged?
Do I feel that part of me is vibrating in a way that is not comfortable?
Okay,
Once you're acknowledging what's happening,
If possible,
Try to observe it systematically.
So,
If,
For example,
I feel tension in my shoulders,
Let's say,
Or in my neck,
Okay,
So there it's the most obvious area of tension.
But if I start to pay attention more detailed,
I can feel that actually the tension is all over the body.
It's like a layer of an onion.
See if you recognize the layer of tension in your nervous system.
And you know you're on it,
Because the minute you're on that layer,
Your breath will be more shallow,
Your emotion might feel more uncomfortable,
Your mind might move faster.
All the symptoms of imbalance will get worse.
So,
Then you're exactly on the spot.
And once you identify the layer,
Then again you repeat the same process,
Synchronizing that layer with creation.
Let's try.
Again,
Remember that your job is to hold in your awareness,
In the same time,
The layer of tension and the whole creation.
That's your job.
The rest will happen on its own.
You don't need to worry about it at all.
If you cannot recognize a layer,
Don't worry about it at all.
Just recognize the area that you feel most tense.
It'll work just as well.
Wonderful.
Now,
Let's do the same process with our heart center.
So,
You can just take a minute and observe how you're doing in the heart center.
In the center of the chest is the heart chakra.
You can ask yourself,
What do I feel there emotionally?
Normally,
Emotion gathered in that area.
What do I feel physically?
Maybe you feel just heaviness.
Or any other thing,
Or any other symptom that you might experience in that area.
And once you're clear about the imbalance,
Then again,
Synchronize the whole creation with that imbalance.
Always remember that the goal is to allow the whole creation to do the job understanding really that you are a thought.
There's no need to bring the I in this process at all.
Wonderful.
Now,
Let's check the direction of energy movement.
Because many times,
Although we balanced already quite a lot,
Many times still,
There could be some of the energies in the body that are flowing in reverse direction.
And as I explained already many times,
The most common reverse direction is energy flowing upwards instead of downwards,
Creating symptoms like shortness of breath,
Like headache,
Like tension behind the eyes.
Yeah,
Like ringing in the ears,
Fullness in the head.
It can be also digestive discomfort.
Yeah,
There's a lot of energy pushing from below upwards.
Check how is it for yourself.
Check if you have any of the symptoms I mentioned.
And also,
You can check energetically that image of a golden waterfall that's supposed to flow freely from heaven through your body down to the earth.
And just ask yourself if that's really what's happening.
Normally,
If you're a little bit agitated,
The answer is,
Of course,
It's not working good.
Okay.
And then,
Let's redirect it downwards.
So,
The only thing we need to do is just acknowledge that I'm redirecting life force,
Or inviting the life force from heaven to flow through my body downwards to the earth.
That's all.
And again,
You just give the direction.
Your awareness holds the whole creation together with that redirection of energy downwards.
And then you observe how you start to feel better.
Let's repeat the same process in the back.
See,
If you are really clear about the direction or redirecting downwards,
There's no force that will not create this healing or this transformation.
It bounds to work,
To harmonize 100%.
You just need to be clear about the direction downwards.
That's all.
Okay.
Let's do the same in the back.
So,
We're redirecting the life force downwards.
Energy comes from heaven and then enters or flows in the back and around the back,
And moving downwards beautifully through your legs,
Through your feet,
And rooting deep into the earth.
And then you can do the same on both sides of the body,
Left and right.
Same process.
Wonderful.
Now,
Let's say again,
Expand awareness to the whole creation.
And let's acknowledge that the infinite space of creation is completely alive,
Completely vital.
And that vitality that is all around you,
Gradually let it communicate with the vitality or the energy inside your body.
Okay?
So,
Gradually you're shifting into a sense of an ocean of energy or vibration or vitality.
And if you cannot feel and connect exactly,
Directly to what I'm sharing,
Just say it and visualize it and it will become true,
Because this is the truth.
The whole creation is completely alive.
So,
If you cannot sense it and be very clear about this experience,
Just say it and visualize that you are inside a vital field.
If it helps,
You can visualize,
You know,
Like a vibrating ocean of energy.
And when you're aware of that ocean of energy that is in the whole creation,
Slowly see if there's any leftover pockets or islands inside your human system,
Meaning your emotion or your physicality or your mind,
That are still kind of pulling into themselves,
They're still holding tension.
And just invite those pockets of tension to synchronize and to soften into the whole creation.
Beautiful.
That infinite space which you are and everything is,
Is boundless,
Is timeless,
Is spaceless.
It's ever been and ever will be.
And that's who you are and that's what everything is.
What we,
The manifesting world,
Is a vibration,
Is movement in that field,
Is an organization in that field.
But let's say the substratum or the material that creates all within you,
Around you in the whole creation,
Is that energy,
Pure consciousness.
When you're shifting into pure consciousness and your system is in complete harmonization,
Then you are in complete unity with all there is.
There's no difference between you and the infinite space and the oceans and the stars,
The galaxies.
You're all there is.
Yeah.
And when the ego identity starts to move,
Like a thought vibrating,
Immediately we're creating separation,
Immediately.
So this is a process.
We're doing all our best.
No worries.
Yeah.
We're just keeping at it,
You know,
With love and with dedication.
It's not a one-time thing.
It's a constant paying attention,
Constant.
Okay.
Let's say before we're ending,
Let's just dedicate time for world peace.
Because that beautiful vibration that we are uniting with or as,
Is the most healing vibration there is.
Because it has zero identity inside.
Yeah.
Zero philosophy.
Zero religion.
It just is.
It is pure love.
It is pure light.
It's all what we all need and everybody need and want.
So let's be in that field very clearly with it and invite loved ones,
Maybe the leaders of nation that move this world.
Yeah.

Just bring them into that field with your awareness so they can relax a little bit and connect to that simplicity,
