I'm a friend big welcome let's dedicate this meditation to gratitude so make sure you're sitting comfortable or if you wish to lie down that's perfect and let's start by breathing a few deep breathings visualizing that we're taking a lot of air and light and love and filling our body with all these qualities and when we exhale we relax we let go again taking a deep breath and visualize those qualities entering and nourishing and supporting and when we exhale we let go and relax let's observe our body how it sits or lies down which parts are touching in what way and offer those part of touching the chair or the floor to soften let's invite those parts who are holding our body erect as we sitting to soften as well let's invite our mind to soften and let's start by giving gratitude to ourself that we consciously took the time to be here realizing the importance of dedicating time to ourself so we can feel better and this life I'm feeling grateful for myself for making the effort to feel better I feel grateful for myself for allowing myself to feel that I deserve to this self-care and then let's give gratitude to Mother Earth that manifest everything that we having on this planet with so much love you the earth that supports us right now is Mother Earth itself expressing love the clothes we are wearing it's mother self it's Mother Earth itself expressing love and allows us to feel warm safe protected the food that we eat again is the love of Mother Earth that nourishes us and gratitude to the heavens that warms us the Chines light that gives us the air to breathe so we just take a minute to be in that space of gratitude for heaven and earth and for ourself and to feel that we are loved and taken care of let's give gratitude to endless teachers who through eons and eons transmitting information so we in this very moment can use it for our well-being let's give gratitude to endless infinite being that in this very moment are expressing love towards us in many many forms so we can feel safe secured loved which allows us to relax and feel that everything is completely okay and now I'd like to invite us just to be quiet in that sense of love that we're receiving from all those being elements earth and heaven and are here to support our wellness just allow ourself to relax in that space thank you and have a beautiful day night life
