Hi my lovely friend,

Good morning or good evening,

A big welcome to you.

Let's meditate by recognizing space.

So sit comfortable or lie down,

Don't fall asleep and we start to observe the breath as it comes in and goes out.

What we have to focus now is on the exchange,

This magical moment when the breath stops and the in-breath changes to out-breath and then as we are exhaling in the end,

Again it stops,

Out-breath changes to in-breath.

It doesn't matter now if the breath is deep or shallow,

It follows the same thing or the same rhythm and the same process.

And now let's count the in-breath,

The count of two and then let's count the pose.

Then we are going to exhale to the count of two and again pose for two.

So let's start,

Inhale.

Pose.

Exhale.

One,

Two.

Pose.

One,

Two.

Please continue to do it a few more times with 100% awareness and curiosity to that process.

Give the same importance to the pose that you are giving to the in-breath and to the out-breath.

Now let's drop the counting and let's widen our awareness.

So instead of breathing with the awareness that I am this body only,

Let's widen and imagine that we are breathing through a channel.

A channel that comes or extends to infinity above our head and extends to infinity below our feet.

When we inhale,

We inhale from infinity into the body and when we exhale,

We exhale from the body through this channel to infinity below the body.

The next breath,

We inhale from infinity below the body into the body to nourish and we exhale back to infinity above the body.

Above our head through this central channel.

And let's do it again with counting,

But now let's count a little bit more.

So we do this counting of four as we inhale.

So we inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now let's pose.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

Down to infinity.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale from below into the body.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

Two,

Three.

Four.

Pose above.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And relax.

Stay aware how the breath comes from infinity to your body and through your body down to infinity below the body and how it rises back through this central channel from infinity below the body all the way to infinity above the body.

Now let's visualize that this channel is completely connected,

That we are on this channel.

It comes from infinity,

It goes to infinity and we are the observer of the flow of the life force and the breath as it moves through this channel when we inhale and it exits through this channel when we exhale.

But always your awareness is infinite.

It's crucial to understand that our experience depends always on our imagination.

Normally by default we're imagining that we are this person so all our experiences are very tight to the size of this person,

To the mind and the emotion of this person we call and identify as me.

But now we're breaking this identity and we're breathing as infinity,

From infinity to infinity.

We're infinitely bigger than our little person.

So now let's change the image and instead of extending to heaven and earth through this central channel let's breathe with awareness of sun.

So we're inhaling like a reverse sun from the whole creation through the whole body into the center of the body and we're posing when the air comes and nourishes the center of the body or actually the whole body.

And then we're exhaling and radiating infinite,

So powerful light back to the whole creation and posing in the end of the out-breath.

Let's do it silently a little bit.

Most important from this meditation is to remember the importance of where you're locating your existence.

As infinite you are,

You feel better in your life.
