Then welcome my friend,
Let's dedicate this meditation to calm our nervous system.
So make sure you're sitting comfortable or you're lying down.
Let's start by paying attention to the breathing,
Inhaling a bit deeper than normal and visualizing that you are filling the whole body with a lot of air,
Pelvic floor,
Lower abdomen,
Mid-torso,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Everything fills up with a lot of air.
And when you exhale just feel that you're letting go,
Soften.
And again take a deep breath and soften,
Let go.
Let's stay with breath awareness but no need to breathe strong,
Only let's expand our awareness and acknowledge that when we inhale,
We inhale from outside the body,
If you can visualize from the whole creation.
And when we exhale,
We exhale back from the body to the whole creation.
Like this we're expanding our energies,
Energy field.
And let's introduce gratitude,
So we when we inhale from the whole creation,
We're reciting inside thank you.
When we're exhaling back to the whole creation,
Again we're saying thank you.
When our nervous system it doesn't feel right,
We feel maybe shaky inside,
We feel like strong vibration,
We feel a sense of anxiety.
And when the nervous system change into its softer parasympathetic state,
We feel calmness,
We feel softness.
As much as we're expanding outwards,
The nervous system will relax more.
As much as the mind is more dealing with itself and with its stories,
The nervous system charges more and we feel uncomfortable.
Every time you exhale,
Acknowledge infinite space around you,
Infinite light around you.
Every time you inhale,
Inhale from infinity into the body with gratitude.
Then we're adding affirmation.
When we inhale from the whole creation,
Like a reverse sun,
You know that we are shining so much.
And when we inhale,
We're inviting the light to heal and soften our nervous system.
So inhale with the affirmation,
I'm inviting the infinite light to soften my nervous system.
And when you exhale,
You're shining immense light and all the tension from your nervous system is released into the whole creation and you feel softer,
Much more comfortable.
If you have any specific area of the body that feels a bit tense more than other places,
You can direct this light breathing into that specific area.
So it can release tension and harmonize with the rest.

As much expanded your mind is,
More comfortable you're gonna feel and your nervous system gonna feel so harmonized and so peaceful.
