Because from my personal experience,
When I recognize energy,
It's much easier to harmonize and to feel better.
There are many systems and many ways we can feel better,

And working with energy is extremely powerful.
First of all,
Just a few words of theory.
When we're connecting to energy in the body,
Basically it's the inner aspect of all the senses.
So,
When we feel vibration,
For example,
It's the sensory,
When we feel everything,
The touch,
The sense of touch.
When we see colors,
If we see colors,
It's a sense of sight.
So,
These are the most common ones to connect to.
But as well,
We can sense energy also through the sense of smell,
Through sound.
Basically,
Any external sense will give us also a subtle,
What we call energy,
Experience that's relating to that sense.
Again,
Each one of us,
We have our own way of connecting.
So,
As we meditate,
You'll be encouraged to find your own way.
But I say that the most common is to feel,
So to sense energy and vibration.
And the other one that is a bit less common,
But quite,
Is colors.
Some people see colors.
And then there are many other ways that people see,
But you'll find your own way.
It doesn't matter.
Okay,
And then also a few words about the importance of it,
Because normally we live very physically.
So,
We experience life in a very physical way.
When we want to harmonize ourselves,
We're connecting to something very,
Very subtle.
And that subtleness helps us to also feel that the world is subtle as well outside,
Not only inside.
So,
The minute I'm connecting to inner sense,
Then I can feel that same quality outside.
So,
If I connect to vibration in the body,
I'll be able to feel vibration outside the body.
If I see colors from inner connection,
Then I'll be able to see colors outside,
Etc.
And when we're connecting through that subtle vibrational connection to life,
Then immediately our system gets harmonized.
So,
It's much easier to feel better when we're reducing the quality of engagement with life from the normal one to a very subtle one.
So,
Let's work with that and enjoy it,
Because it's such a beautiful feeling.
Okay,
So first let's move inwards,
And you can close your eyes.
And let's take a few deep breaths.
And visualize that you're bringing the breath into the whole body,
And you want to introduce a bit more air than usual to the whole body.
So,
Starting from the lower part,
The pelvic floor,
And then gradually expanding and expanding and bringing the air up towards the upper body,
Chest,
Shoulders.
We call it full yogic breathing.
And then we're exhaling,
Reverse order,
And we visualize that when we exhale,
We want to release tension,
To feel that we're letting go of all that we don't need right now.
Again,
Let's take a deeper breath.
And then exhale and release,
Let go.
One more time,
A bit deeper breath.
And then exhaling and letting go.
Okay,
So now let's start to pay attention and see and look for those subtle sensations we call energy.

So let's first of all try to sense the energy through vibration.
The easiest part of the body normally to feel the vibration is in the fingers,
The hands.
And usually the way people are describing it is some kind of electricity,
Movement,
Can be like ants,
Or some kind of movement that is subtle.
So try to recognize those vibrations.
So once you get it in the hands and the fingers,
Then see if you can maybe find it as you go with your awareness from your hands,
Fingers,
A bit to the upper arm.
Just slowly,
Slowly to see if the same quality that you're detecting in your hands and fingers can be detected as you're moving your awareness through your arms towards your shoulders.
Slowly,
Slowly.
Capture one part and then another part.
Good,
And now let's shift and do the same in the toes and the feet.
Let's start with the toes and just see if you can sense them.
Now,
If you find it difficult to feel vibration or to connect to the sensation,
The subtle sensation,
Just ask yourself,
How do I know I have feet and toes if I don't move them,
If I don't look at them?
If I can only know they are there because I can sense them without moving,
Then how do I know?
And that answer is the energy.
You can say,
I don't know how I know,
But I know,
Meaning I feel.
It's not a memory,
It's a direct experience.
Maybe I feel temperature.
Maybe I feel some movement.
I cannot say what it is,
But I know they are there.
I feel it's alive.
Maybe I feel some weight or some expansion or contraction.
It can be a different sensation.
But look for something that tells you,
I do have feet.
Not because I know,
Because I'm experiencing them right now.
In this very second,
I'm experiencing my feet.
And then you ask,
Okay,
So how?
And the answer for that question is the way you're perceiving energy.
Whatever you answer,
That's your way.
Okay,
And then let's expand the awareness to the whole body.
And the same quality you felt in the hands,
In the fingers,
In the feet and the toes.
See if you can perceive similar sensation elsewhere in the body or maybe in the whole body.
Now,
If you tend to see colors,
Normally we're experiencing the colors in front of the eyes,
In the third eye.
So you can use your ability to see colors,
But try to ask yourself,
What are the colors I'm experiencing wherever you're focusing on,
But not in front of your eyes.
What are the colors in the feet and the toes?
Or any other place.
If you don't see colors like I don't see colors,
Just focus on sensation,
This is perfect.
It doesn't matter,
Really.
Okay.
So now we're feeling that the body is vibrating,
The body is alive.
And that you know that your body is alive,
Because you feel it everywhere.
And just try to play with this sensation by shifting your awareness,
For example,
To your nose,
To your ears,
To your forehead.
Just play and shift your awareness to different parts and see if you can immediately sense their presence.
Even try the most kind of strange places like your eyelids,
Or the roots of your hair,
Or your toenails,
Or anything that you want.
And just prove to yourself that actually you can feel everything,
Everyone.
This is the energy.
And now once you perceive,
You know how it's perceived,
You know what you feel,
Now let's use this ability to map the energy field inside your body.
For example,
A classic mapping is between the front of the body and the back.
Do I feel that the front of the body vibrates exactly like my back?
Just ask this question and wait a minute and observe,
See what's happening.
And don't try to work with it or to shift it,
Just let's do it slowly,
Slowly,
Then you have a tool that you can work on your own.
Okay.
Another classic observation is between the left side of the body and the right side of the body.
Compare them and see if you can recognize any difference.
Maybe one side is big,
The other one is small.
One is dense and the other one is relaxed.
One is maybe one temperature,
The other one is different temperature.
If you see colors or shades,
Maybe one is more bright and the other one is more dark.
Normally,
They are different.
Another mapping is the energy centers.
So connect to your heart center in the center of your chest and ask yourself,
How does it feel?
How is the vibration there compared to other places?
Is it free?
Is it wide?
Is it relaxed or tense or dense?
Just see what you're getting there.
Okay,
Now we have enough details,
Of course,
We can do so much more,
But it's really a lot already to feel much better.
So now ask yourself,
What is the most distinct imbalance that I observed?
Between front and back?
Between left and right?
Or in my heart center,
Between open and closed?
And let's say,
Although for you maybe it's different,
Let's say that it's between the left and the right sides of the body.
Okay,
Let's focus all of us on that.
And here is lesson number one,
So important,
Extremely important.
When you find an imbalance and you're resting your awareness on the imbalance,
Immediately that imbalance will be called to harmony.
So really,
When you want to feel better,
The only thing you need to do is find imbalance.
If possible,
Let's say left,
You compare it to the right,
And then you hold your awareness on both left and right.
And then you just hold your awareness quietly until they start to harmonize.
Let's do it.
If you want to use affirmation,
You can say,
I'm inviting the two sides of my body to synchronize.
And then you just rest and observe the process.

Let's do front and back.
Exactly the same,
First you're recognizing the differences,
Then you're just resting your awareness quietly,
And then it will harmonize.
If you want affirmation,
You can say,
I'm inviting a complete synchronization between the front and the back of my body.
Wonderful.
Now,
Let's pay attention as well to the heart center.
You see,
I start to talk now slower because this is immediately affecting.
So we're connecting to the heart center.
And again,
Just observe what's happening there and ask yourself,
Is it kind of tight inwards with tension,
With emotion?
Or is it expanded outwards with lightness and a sense of emotional well-being?
And whatever the answer is,
Just rest your awareness on it and invite it to harmonize,
To synchronize with the space around it.
I'm inviting my heart chakra to open and synchronize with the wide space around it.
Now let's take another energy center.
Let's take the solar plexus,
Which is one chakra below the chest or the heart center.
You're just in the upper part of the abdomen.
And again,
First you self-diagnose and ask yourself,
How is that energy center for me?
Is it tight?
Is it expanded?
If you see colors or shades,
Does it look a bit dark or bright?
And once you have clarity what's going on there,
Just invite that solar plexus center to expand and synchronize with the space around it.
Stay connected and I'll just explain something very,
Very important and fundamental.
That part of you that is observing,
We call it awareness.
This awareness,
We think it's my awareness,
But actually it's the creation itself.
It's the whole creation.
But because we cut ourselves from that information,
So when we're observing our body,
When we're observing our energy,
We're observing as the person cut from the source or cut from the truth of infinity.
So as you're doing this work with a human identity,
I am me and I'm balancing my energy,
In a way you're locking the energy field around you to be very tight.
And you're like creating an armor,
Not like,
That's what you're doing,
Around you.
And it's like you put a plastic bag around your skin and it cannot breathe.
That's really what's happening.
Your awareness is the whole creation.
It's infinite completely.
So let's again harmonize what we did before,
But harmonize now with different attitude of who we are.
So let's harmonize when we're holding our awareness as infinity,
Not as the person.
Of course it's as well a person,
But it's the whole creation in the same time.
How do we do it?
If you are now sitting in a room,
Not if you are sitting in a room,
On a chair,
On a cushion,
So this room has different furnitures and there's a lot of space between the furnitures.
Okay,
Let's say you're sitting on a chair and there's a lot of space around you in the room.
Your awareness can hold the space in the room and hold the chair in the same time.
Your awareness doesn't have to be only focused on the chair.
Same.
Your awareness must be focused on the whole creation and on you as a person in the same time.
I can do it with no problem.
As if the whole creation is the space of your room and then your human form is a furniture in it.
Something like this.
Okay,
So with this attitude,
With that attitude,
Let's now harmonize again,
Which means that we're going to invite a much wider expansion of tension.
So let's again go to left and right.
But the difference is that now when you're inviting them to harmonize,
Your awareness is infinite.
It's not tight into the dimension of your body.
It's not tight to anything.
It is,
All there is,
Infinity.
And as infinity,
Then it invites transition and synchronization.
Let's do it.
Invite the both sides of your body to synchronize with each other and stay as the whole creation as this process takes place.
As your sides harmonizing,
Because you are the whole creation,
This harmonization is not ending in your skin,
Of course.
It's expanding boundlessly.
Now let's do front and back.
Again with the attitude of infinity,
Am I?
And I'm inviting the human part front and back to synchronize.
And then let's repeat the same with the heart center.
So again,
As infinity,
Boundless being,
You're inviting your heart center to synchronize with that infinite space.
So just to summarize and repeat,
Especially if this work is new for you.
So here are the steps.
First you recognize the sensation of energy in the body by going to your fingers,
Your hands,
Then your arms,
Then your toes,
Your feet,
And you're making your mind accustomed to the subtle vibration in your body.
Then slowly you're recognizing those vibrations all over your body.
After you have it very clear,
Then you start to map imbalances between front and back,
Left and right,
And then the energy centers.
Once you have clarity about the imbalance,
You're just resting your awareness on the imbalance.
You can start first as a person,
Or with a personal identity,
I am me,
And that's it.
And then you can expand to I am the whole creation and do the same repeat like we did today.
Or you can go straight to infinity because this is who you are.
As you practice this more and more,
It will be easier,
Faster,
And even more enjoyable because when your physical form or human form synchronizes with the whole creation,
It's called bliss.
It's extremely healing,
Rejuvenating,
And pleasant.
Extremely.
Maybe the most.
Because when your system harmonizes completely,
There's no more any tension.
Otherwise you feel it.
If you don't feel your body,
Then there's zero tension.
That's why it's so healing.
Good.
And then on the go,
It's very important to keep the mind at check.
Please don't let it just run away into things that are not important.
Keep it centered.
Know that the same mind that can harmonize you completely can create realities that are very helpful to you and to others.
