Then slowly start moving towards the sky until you see the sun,

Stars.
You're part of the universe.
Now look beyond to other galaxies and go towards a planet that looks just like the Earth.
Lay over to a spot where you choose to land on.
Gently putting your feet on the ground,
Feel its texture.
Now look around,
What do you see?

Take a couple of mindful steps from heel to toe,
Heel to toe.
Feel the surface underneath.

Breathe in the pleasure of that movement.

And the warmth of the sun on your skin.
The light breeze of the wind.

You're walking leisurely from heel to toe.

With a steady resting heartbeat.
Feel the perfect balance of your body.
Movement in your right foot,
Leg and hip.
Arm and shoulder.
To your left shoulder and arm.
Hip,
Leg and foot.
Like a well-tuned instrument.
Take a luxurious breath in.
