Welcome to today's short meditation on planting seeds.
The idea of planting seeds is about setting intentions and visualizing things working out.
So in today's practice,
We're going to imagine a situation where what you want has just arrived.
We'll be using the Law of Assumption,
Which Neville Goddard talks about in his book The Power of Awareness,
In order to attract what you want to you.
So let's begin.
Start by releasing any tension in your body as you allow yourself to relax.
And close your eyes.
Try to let go of whatever's come before this moment and anything that's coming after as you gently ease into being here and now.
Let's take one deep breath in,
Inhale.
And exhale.
I'd like you to start by asking yourself this question.
What's one thing that you'd love to bring into your life?
It can be anything,
But if you're new to intention setting and the practice of visualization,
My suggestion is that you start with something small.
It could be someone saying something kind to you today,
Finding an extra $50 you weren't expecting,
Hearing from a friend you haven't talked to in a long time.
Try not to overthink it.
What was the first thing that came to mind?
Whatever it is,
You'll need to land on one idea so you can move on to visualizing it.
So take a moment to choose your intention now.
Okay,
Great.
Now that you have your intention,
We're going to go through the three keys to imagine what you want into reality.
Key number one,
Be in the scene.
Make sure you're in the scene,
Not watching it from the sidelines or like you're in an audience or like it's up on a movie screen.
Be in it.
Looking out from your own eyes and looking around at what's going on all around you.
Key number two,
Imagine it's done.
So imagine it like it's a present fact,
Like you flash forward into the future and you're in that reality right now.
Your scene is unfolding all around you as though it were real now.
Key number three,
Find the best feeling.
Find the most intense,
Positive feeling you can come up with while you're in your scene and feel that feeling as intensely as you can.
What does it feel like?
Could be relief,
Excitement,
Joy,
Bliss,
Glee.
Feel those feelings.
Take a few moments to imagine what you want in this way.
So just to recap,
One,
Be in the scene,
Two,
Imagine it's done,
And three,
Find the best feeling you can and try to feel it really intensely.
So to clarify,
These keys are not steps in a process.
They don't have to be done in order.
In fact,
You're really doing them simultaneously because your only point of power is here and now.
But you can use these keys to serve as a reminder for how to visualize what you want into reality.
Use the acronym BIF.
Again,
It's be in the scene,
Imagine it's done,
And three,
Find the best feeling you can.
Imagine it's done and find the best feeling you can.
See if you can come back to this concept of planting seeds every day or all through the day and notice what effect this practice has on your life.
