Planting seeds is about setting intentions and visualizing things working out. In this practice, we're going to imagine a situation where what you want has just arrived. You'll use three keys to imagine what you want into reality: Be in the scene (looking out from your own eyes), Imagine it's done (like you've flashed forward and you're in that reality now), and Find the best feeling you can (relief, excitement, joy—feel it intensely). These aren't steps in a process, you do them simultaneously, because your only point of power is here and now. Come back to this concept of planting seeds every day or all through the day and notice what effect this practice has on your life.
