Let's gently gently close our eyes.
As you softly close your eyes,
Not squeezing,
Not scrunched,
Being aware of the sense of touch between your eyelids.
As you're sitting nice and tall,
With your shoulders relaxed back and down,
Your palms are facing up.
As you connect with the sense of touch of your palms at the back,
Softly placed on your lap.
As you're firmly seated with your sit bones.
And your feet are firmly grounded,
Connected,
If you're sitting nice and tall in your chair.
As you gently bring your right hand onto the chest and left hand just below and around our navel.
And feeling again with the sense of touch of your palms,
Your chest and your belly connect physically.
As you gently bring awareness to your breath,
As you inhale,
Allow your belly to rise.
And as you exhale,
Let your belly go in.
Inhaling and exhaling at our own pace,
At our own comfort.
Today we want to bring into our awareness,
Our faith for a higher soul to the universe,
To the divinity,
Or your archetype who you think is always there ready to bless you.
As you're still inhaling and exhaling,
Nice,
Long,
Flawless,
Effortless.
Inhale and exhale.
Invite that divine energy into your awareness.
That beautiful energy that brings joy to you.
That brings support to you.
That energy,
That archetype who believes in you,
Who you are connected with your own collective consciousness.
A higher divinity who you think you count on,
Who you have experienced holding your hand when in need.
Today as we align ourselves with this cosmos so that our trillions of cells is receiving mode,
Is open to receive,
Allowing that blissful nature to unravel and manifest through us.
So couple of more inhales and exhale.
And whenever you are ready,
Bring both your palms back on your lap,
Facing up,
Relaxing your shoulders back and down.
Today,
As you bring your awareness at the crown of your head,
Allow that beautiful energy,
That higher divinity that you have brought into your awareness.
Allowing that energy to enter your body.
Coming towards your forehead.
And as you feel it reaching the trillions of cells at your forehead,
Visualize yourself.
Use your own imagination to that divinity,
The divine energy that you have brought in.
What is your own imagination?
Allowing that energy to reach trillions of cells in the form of light.
All you are inviting in your living room sitting next to you.
How are you connecting?
Use your own imagination.
Today we have called in this energy,
The divine form,
From a formless form to this tangible form that we can talk and visualize.
That we can connect to access faith and hope for future.
And to allow us to manifest our love,
Joy and blissfulness which is our true nature.
As you feel that divine energy bringing love,
Joy and hope,
Support to you as you gently shift your awareness to softly closed eyes.
To your cheekbones,
Tip of your nose,
Base of your nostrils.
As you are inhaling,
Excelling at the base of your nostrils,
Feel that calmness and love you enjoy as you inhale,
Exhale.
That you feel you have accessed through that divinity.
Gently towards your mouth as you incline your fingers.
And again,
Bring a smile as if you are smiling,
Holding hands,
Being with this divinity.
So much joy can prevail just being with this beautiful divine energy wherever you feel it.
Maybe go down,
Take a deep into your heart center and again allow that love and joy to manifest as you feel that now you have started infusing that love,
Joy and hope,
Support as you are continuing towards your throat center,
Making your communication more profound,
The internal dialogue of love and joy.
More shoulders,
Upper arm,
Elbows,
Wrist,
Center of your palms.
As you are aware of your palms facing up,
Feel that divine energy into your palms,
Awakening.
Hundreds and thousands of your nose ending at your fingertips,
At your palms,
Receiving that blissful energy.
And gently allowing it to infuse and pulling up from your palms to your wrists to your elbows.
And settling at your heart center.
As you feel the love and joy.
Now this time allow your love and joy and support towards the divine energy that you have been in an internal dialogue today.
Show your love,
Joy and affection.
Let this affirmation vibrate into your divine guest.
Along with you,
That I nourish you as you nourish me.
I make you joyful as I allow myself to be joyful through you.
I am able to love you as I allow myself to be loved by you.
I bring all my nourishing actions towards you as I allow myself to receive the same.
As you further allow to infuse that loving energy into your digestive system,
Pancreas,
Liver with your gut feeling.
Allowing that love and joy to infuse.
As you gently shift your awareness towards your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles to your feet.
Where you get more connected with Mother Earth to receive that support and joy.
Feeling that love and support and joy from Mother Earth as you gently bring awareness up to your legs,
Up to your thighs and towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Feeling that support from Mother Earth.
Support of your own divinity that you have invited.
Love and joy of yourself that's been manifested at this moment.
As you further allow it to infuse in your lower back,
Mid back,
Upper back,
Back of your head,
Crown of your head.
And very gently as you curl towards your forehead to your entire body,
Trillions of cells.
As you inhale,
Exhale,
Feel as if your trillions of cells are feeling joyful,
Supported,
Loving.
As it has received this divine energy from a higher divine soul,
From your own archetype.
And gently settle your awareness wherever it comes to you.
At the center of your forehead,
Center of your eyebrows or watching your breath in and out through your nostrils or simply settling in our heart center.
Feeling that oozing love and joy from your heart center,
Reaching trillions of cells,
However it's coming to you today.
If your attention gets drifted away into past,
Future or some other internal dialogue,
That's okay.
Simply come back to wherever you are.
