
Awareness Towards Your Bigger Goal

This practice is about bringing awareness towards your broader goal that you would like to achieve. This meditation is not about setting intentions, rather it's about awakening our inner strength towards taking small steps, actions, plans, and interactions towards the bigger goal. It's about allowing our physiology to let go of any fear towards your goal and at the same time, balancing out our negative internal dialogue with positive affirmation towards your goal.

So let's go ahead and sit nice and tall.
However you are comfortable.
Comfort is the key for our meditation.
We do not want to get caught up at our mind level whether our legs are hurting,
Whether our back is hurting,
Our shoulders are relaxed or not.
We want to become comfortable so if lying down makes you more comfortable just today.
If that's what your body needs then do so.
It's okay.
It's also okay to allow your mind to go back and forth wherever it wants to.
It's okay for body to relax and just let it go.
So however it is coming to you allow it to come.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
So if you're sitting nice and tall on your chair with your feet very firmly grounded connected.
Let's go ahead and connect with Mother Earth through your feet.
Checking our posture,
Our shoulders are relaxed back and down,
Our neck and spine are aligned.
And very gently as your eyes are softly closed,
Not squeezed,
Not scrunched.
Relax your jaws and clench your teeth.
Maybe bring a smile to yourself.
Today,
Right now we are taking this role of being a meditator.
Let's take it very lightly,
Maybe funnily and bring that one smile to yourself for this role.
And as you do so gently bring right hand on to the chest left hand just below and around our navel.
And as you are connected with the sense of touch at your palms at your heart center feeling your heart.
Maybe bring that love and joy and fun into your smile for yourself.
One more time.
Beautiful.
Very gently shift your awareness from your smile to your breath as you inhale let your belly rise.
As you exhale let your belly go in.
Inhale and exhale at your own pace,
At your own comfort.
Today we intend to bring a bigger goal.
A goal that you want to achieve yourself by taking small steps,
Achievable plans towards it.
Those plans and goals through your willpower,
Through your confidence,
Through your own support for yourself,
Through the support of your friends,
Family,
Community,
Neighbors,
The world.
Through your own ability.
Through your own body.
Physical realm,
Energetic realm,
Astral realm.
So as you're inhaling and exhaling bring into awareness one broad goal.
Today we're not talking about having an intention and allowing the universe to take care of its details.
But today we are talking about a bigger goal that you want to bring your own ability towards it.
As you're watching your breath at your belly going in and out,
Awakening our solar plexus,
Our seat for the fire element,
The transformation within,
Seat of willpower and confidence.
And very gently bring both your palms back to your lap,
Facing up.
Our intention for this meditation,
Rather my intention for this meditation,
Is to bring this utter calmness to ourselves so that we can bring so much clarity towards that big goal.
So much clarity towards those small steps that you want to take.
So much clarity that those steps become effortless.
So let this affirmation vibrate throughout when I bring awareness to trillions of cells.
That I'm alert and reflective through my mind.
I'm alert and reflective.
So again bring awareness gently towards your feet.
Feeling that support of Mother Earth.
Allowing your trillions of cells to know that you are supported by Mother Earth for your plans and your actions.
For your little step towards your bigger goal.
As you feel that love and support from Mother Earth,
If you are truly connected,
Bring it towards your legs as you pull it from your ankles up to your knees,
Up to your thighs.
Wrapping around towards your lower back.
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone,
Be there for a few seconds.
Truly feel that support from Mother Earth.
Trust your own strength for taking those little steps.
Trust yourself.
Trust your physical health.
Trust the support of your friends and family.
As you gently shift towards your entire lower back,
Mid back,
Upper back.
Back of your head,
Crown of your head,
Curving towards your forehead.
As you invite the support of the universe from the crown of your head entering to your forehead.
Awakening the trillions of cells at your forehead.
As you gently again bring awareness to that bigger goal that you have,
Visualize in detail the goal that you want to achieve.
As you gently feel the support of Mother Earth,
Of the universe,
Your own ability and of friends and family.
As you visualize this broader,
Bigger,
Clear goal of yours.
Even if it is for this week,
For this month or for a lifetime.
As you gently shift and announce that to your eyes as you shift there.
That I am alert and reflective in my steps towards my goal.
To your entire face.
And as you gently shift your awareness towards base of your nostrils,
Watching your breath in and out.
Feeling your breath around your nostrils.
Do know that as you stay connected with the cosmos,
As you stay connected with the universe,
All the little steps,
All your actions,
All your plans,
All your interactions towards your bigger goal.
Becomes effortless.
Becomes aligned.
Becomes authentic.
So every time you carry out any small plans,
Steps,
Action,
Interaction towards your broader goal.
If you be with your breath,
Meaning you are in the present moment.
That means your plans,
Your actions,
Your interactions,
Your steps towards your goal.
Does not bring any non-nourishing experience from past.
It does not bring any fear of future towards those actions.
It just comes from your own divine ability to move forward towards that goal.
So watch your breath with that intention in your head.
Beautiful.
Very gently shift your awareness towards your throat center.
The non-verbal communication is our own internal dialogue.
Let this affirmation continue to vibrate in the trillions of cells.
This positive affirmation,
This positive internal dialogue.
That I'm alert and reflective for my steps,
For my actions,
Interactions,
Plans and steps towards my goal.
Beautiful.
Very gently as you shift your awareness from the throat,
Continue with that affirmation.
Announcing to the trillions of cells,
Let it be in their memory.
As you shift your awareness to your shoulders,
Upper arm,
Elbows,
Lower arm,
Wrist,
To our palms,
We're open to receive this beautiful universal energy to help us carry out our plans and actions and interactions.
To help us to stay alert and reflective towards our goal.
Feel that flow of universal energy in your palms which are open and facing up.
Through those no endings,
Who functions on their own,
Even sometimes not needing brain to help them,
They make their own decisions.
Allow those no endings to receive that beautiful energy.
Pull it up to your wrist,
Up to your elbows,
Up to your shoulders,
To your throat center.
And allowing it to infuse in your heart,
Your lungs,
Your thymus gland,
Entire chest cavity,
Rib cage,
Sternum.
Everything that comes to you.
As you're filling in,
Filling your heart,
Expanding the space,
Expansion and contraction within.
Announce and feel that I'm alert and reflective towards my plans and actions and interactions towards my goal.
Down towards your belly,
To your digestive system,
Pancreas,
Liver,
Giving that gut feeling of being alert and reflective.
Towards your goal.
As you're watching your breath in and out,
Awakening your solar plexus just above the navel.
Allow your trillions of cells to feel that willpower and confidence.
Also the solar plexus responsible for movement.
Movement is our actions and interactions in however way we do it using our hands,
Our legs,
Our speech.
Let that be the most nourishing,
Most reflective,
Most meditative towards your goal.
As you gently shift your awareness towards your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles.
Again connecting to your Mother Earth through your feet.
Feeling as if Mother Earth is letting us know she's there for us to take each and every little step towards your goal.
As you gently again keeping that feeling alive in your trillions of cells as you pull that beautiful energy of Mother Earth up to your knees,
Up to your thighs,
Your hips and gently towards your lower back.
Settle here.
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.
That I'm fearless towards my goal.
As I stay in the present.
Letting go of non nourishing experience of past,
Fear of future.
I stay in the present.
And that's why I'm fearless towards my goal.
As you gently shift your awareness towards your belly below the navel.
As you feel that breath below your navel.
Announce yourself.
That as I'm aligned with my cosmos.
My creativity,
My steps,
My plans towards my goal are effortless.
Truly think those affirmation without moving your tongue and lips.
Allowing it to vibrate into the memory of trillions of cells.
In whatever sentence you want to form it.
That as I'm aligned with the cosmos,
All my actions,
Interactions,
Plans towards my goal are effortless.
As you gently shift your awareness to your solar plexus just above the navel.
Again be with the breath right there and announce it.
To your physical self,
To your energetic self,
To your astral realm.
To your trillions of cells.
That through the fire element,
The transforming element within.
With my awaken willpower and confidence.
I'm able to take all my plans,
Steps,
Actions,
Interactions.
With full commitment towards my goal.
Here I let go of my procrastination.
I'm able to achieve my goal by letting go of my procrastination.
As you gently shift your awareness at your heart center,
Feeling your heart full of love and joy and excitement and enthusiasm towards your goal.
Feel it up.
Let this affirmation vibrate into your heart center.
That all my actions,
Plans,
Steps,
Interaction towards my goal are very nourishing,
Full of love,
Compassion and joy by myself and others.
I let go of any constrictions and resentments to myself and others.
And as I aligned with love and compassion,
My goal is easily achievable.
As you gently shift your awareness,
Becoming more lighter and lighter,
But detaching,
Detaching your fear,
Detaching your emotional attachment,
Detaching procrastination,
Detaching resentment towards anything.
And coming to your throat center.
Affirming that I have taken all my steps and interactions with nourishing internal dialogue to myself and others.
By letting go of non nourishing internal dialogue and communication with others.
Very gently shift your awareness towards your forehead.
And simply again visualize with complete detachment of your goal.
Asking yourself,
What is the nourishing aspect of this goal?
How are you helping yourself,
Your loved one,
Your family,
Your community,
Your world through this goal?
What is your dharma?
What is your purpose?
How can you help?
How can you solve?
How can you help?
How can you help?
And as you gently with that feeling of purpose,
With the feeling of serving,
Even if it is just yourself and your loved ones.
As it is nourishing,
It's right for you.
Or even if it is for the entire world,
It's beautiful.
As you gently shift your awareness at the crown of your head,
Connecting in pure silence and very gently allowing the universe to take care of the details.
We have set a beautiful goal.
A goal to achieve.
But still allow the universe to take care of the details of how that goal that you have set is going to unfold.
You trust the support of Mother Earth.
But observe how that is coming into action.
I trust the support of friends and family.
But observe how they help and allow the universe to take care of the details,
To not control anything.
Just work,
Take a step towards your goal.
As you gently again through the crown of your head,
Through the back of your spine,
Shifting all the way to the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Feeling grounded,
Feeling connected.
Feeling the tangible form,
Experiencing.
Visualizing as if you have already achieved that bigger goal.
Visualize it,
Feel it,
Enjoy it,
Experience it.
Be joyful,
Be happy.
Connect with that beautiful goal that you have already manifested.
The goal that you manifested with your own ability.
With the support of Mother Earth from your friends and family,
From the universe.
Very gently.
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I am simply I am.
And truly do not need any external anchors to define me towards my goal.
I keep my goal.
Very nourishing to myself.
My friends and family,
My neighbors,
My community,
My entire world.
Once again gently shifting awareness to your entire body,
Trillions of cells.
Inhaling and exhaling.
As you gently bring both your palms towards your heart center.
Sending love and joy.
Feeling loving and compassionate.
Feeling joyful and energetic.
Feeling alert and reflective.
And experiencing lightness of being.
Lightness of being.
Let's very gently bring both your palms back to your lap.
Let's take a couple of nice big inhales,
Exhales.
And truly watch how everything unfolds.
How you are going to take steps towards it.
Gently,
Both your palms together,
Go ahead and gently rub them.
This is the way we awaken us of our energy.
Coming back in the activity of our physical world,
Connecting with our five senses,
Sense of touch,
Sight,
Sound,
Smell and taste.
Bringing your eyes softly placing onto bringing both your palms onto your eyes.
And then very gently massaging from head to toe.
To your neck and throat.
Your shoulders.
Take your time.
Be wherever you want.
Pull like massaging your shoulders.
Do so.
Give energy to your neck and throat or your heart.
Do so.
Gently towards your lower back.
Just massaging your adrenal glands located just above the kidneys.
To your entire legs and knees,
Ankles.
Press your toes.
Back to your eyes again softly placing your palms right there.
And gently opening your eyes whenever you are feeling comfortable.
And I'm always very grateful.
