So,

Let's just close our eyes together now.

And before we move to our breath,

Let's just give ourselves permission to begin to slow down in this moment.

Just to be here now.

No rush,

No expectations.

Just to simply be.

Now let's move to our breath.

Just allow yourself to acknowledge your breath.

Don't try and change it.

Don't think it through.

Let's just have a few seconds in silence now as you experience your breath.

And now perhaps trying a slightly different breath if that feels right to you.

Maybe deeper,

Slower.

Again,

Just have a few seconds and find what's right for you.

Always comfortable,

Always controlled.

Whatever you settle on will be perfect.

Let's just have a few more seconds in silence as you settle on your breath.

Wonderful.

Now let's move to the space around us in this moment.

I invite you just to sense the air immediately around your body.

And when we're able to slow down into the rhythm at this space,

This moment,

We realise how the softness of the air interacts perfectly with us.

Just sense that now,

Just for a few seconds in silence again.

And to deepen our connection,

What of the temperature in this space,

In this moment?

Does it feel different on your face to on your hands?

And now slowing down even more,

What about the silence?

Perhaps there are noises in the distance,

But can you sense the stillness in the silence,

In the space that you have created?

That's great.

So now let's just experience that silence together.

And remember thoughts,

Emotions,

Perhaps noises will come.

For me too,

Let's just move back to our breath again and again.

Let's take two minutes in silence together now as we simply focus on our breath.

There are two thirds,

We can be two thirds,

We can breath in tablet,

We can sleep in one.
