Whatever is on your mind,
Whatever you are going through in this moment,
Will pass.
Everything does.
So let's take care now.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Now sense the space that you are in.
How it perfectly interacts with your body,
Your face,
Your hair.
You are safe in this moment.
Take your focus to your breath.
Don't try and change it or think it through.
Just be with your breath in this moment.
Now take your focus to the top of your head,
Your forehead and around the eyes.
Let's become physically relaxed here and now.
Begin to soften the muscles in your face,
In your cheeks.
Allow your jaw to drop.
Let go of any energy that you may be holding in this moment.
Now down the neck to the shoulders,
The top of the chest and the top of the back.
Allow your shoulders to drop just an inch.
Release all of that energy that is no longer yours to carry.
Let's continue now becoming soft as we scan down the arms,
Into the hands,
Through into the stomach and the lower back.
Giving permission to all of our internal organs to relax with us now.
Over our waist and into our hips and pelvic area becoming soft,
Relaxed.
Down through the tops of the legs and the thighs,
Through the knees and down into the bottoms of the legs.
Over both ankles and for now just into the back of both feet.
A reminder that you are always in control.
We can pause at any point,
Rest.
Now let's continue through to the front of both feet to complete our journey together.
So with your body soft,
Your eyes closed and your breathing steady and gentle.
A final reminder that everything moves on its own accord.
So simply take care of yourself now.
