In this Insight Nidra practice, Ian works through the emotional energy layer with a focus on connection, courage, and self-enquiry. The energy body is activated with chanting, then you will move through each Chakra using various breathing techniques, drawing in qualities of clarity and wisdom, noticing any tensions, and allowing emotions and insights to arise and be released. The practice is deepened with body breathing and visualisation, creating space to watch thoughts and emotions without attachment, including a healing Metta practice and reflection on your own spiritual journey through symbolism and imagery.
