Full Moon Ritual + Meditation In Leo

Full Moon Ritual in Leo or can be done under any Full Moon to connect with the purifying healing energy. To release and let go but also to celebrate and shine her moonlight onto the achievements in our lives this luna cycle or perhaps something we have really been working towards.
You can do this ritual with just yourself or to add more ceremony and ritual have something to burn, sage, rosemary, lavender for example. You may wish to have your journal and pen handy too.

Hopefully I won't set the fire alarm off this time. So whatever you are lighting, Whatever you want to use to cleanse yourself and cleanse your space, It could be as I say a candle, It could be something that you're burning or it could just be some really deep breaths if you don't have any kind of equipment with you tonight. Once you're there, Close your eyes, Sit tall and start to connect inwards. Breathing in either the freshness of the air around you or the delicious herbs that you might be burning or incense. Breathing in deeply into your being. And already feel as if this is washing through you. As I say it's a really purifying time under the moon. If it's suitable for you, Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. We're going to invite the moon into our space and into the space of each woman on this call. You can choose to repeat after me out loud, Obviously you're all on mute. You can choose to repeat after me in your mind or you can just simply listen and feel the energy coming into space. Take a deep breath in. Sit tall, Soften shoulders and relax your face. Sister Moon, I invite you and welcome you here into this space this evening. I ask that you bless me and each of the women on this call tonight. As we gather here under your full face in your bright moonlight. I ask that you keep out and filter out any toxic and negative energies. Any negative energies within the side of me or any of us here tonight is transformed and transcended into your energy. May we use your radiant light to help shed and shine a light in our own lives. I ask that you hold us and purify us and cleanse us from all limiting beliefs. From any thoughts or habits, Patterns that are not serving our highest and best self. And to bless us with your healing energy. Help us to also see our strengths and all of our achievements that have happened over this recent cycle. As this time under the moon is a celebration too. Lastly I ask that under your fertile energy you help us continue to grow. To grow into the person that we wish to become. The direction that we want to go. Thank you sister moon for being here. Maybe you've already witnessed the moon tonight, Maybe where you're currently sat you can feel her energy coming in through the window as well as in the space that we've just created too. Take another few moments to breathe deeply for yourself here now. Breathing and letting go of any resistance to this moment. Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it out of the mouth. Take two more rounds in that way. Breathing in through nose and out through the mouth. In your mind's eye visualise the brightness of the moon. Visualise her hair in your mind. Visualise the lighter and darker shades within her surface. And feel for connecting with her. Feeling that radiant energy, That purifying energy coming down to you. As you breathe in deeply you're welcoming her light closer to you. Through the layers in the sky, Through the clouds, Through the space, The ceiling that you're in, So that she is met at the top of your head. This bright healing light purifying and cleansing of our sister moon. Breathe in and allow for her to wash through your body, Through the top of your head, Through your face, Through your throat and over your shoulders. Breathing in and allowing for this healing light to travel down both arms to the fingertips. Feeling this purifying white golden light envelop your heart. Down through the body, Through all of your digestive organs, Your reproductive organs, Through the hips and down into the legs, All the way through to the feet. Feel as if this moon energy is flowing in through the crown of the head, Through the body, Lighting up each cell of your being and releasing down into Mother Earth so that you are giving this energy back to our greater world. Take a few moments to follow this breath, Breathing this energy into the body, Allowing her to cleanse and purify and send anything that needs to be released down into Mother Earth to be transformed into something else. Anything that you have been holding recently, Any anger or shame, Any pain or discomfort, Any sadness or grief, Any guilt or resentment, Allow for all of these feelings to move through you to be released and transformed through this healing light. Allowing for the moon's energy to allow you to step into freedom. These next few breaths, Take them in through the nose and out through the mouth, Really feeling that purification. Releasing any judgments, Any thoughts, Any thoughts, Any thoughts, Any thoughts, Any judgments, Any thought patterns that you are not enough, That you are not worthy, That you are unlovable. Release them all because they are not true. If there is anything else that you need to acknowledge or bear witness to which needs to be let go of, Released or forgiven, Even if it's just two percent, Feel for releasing that now. Feel your body glowing with this healing, Purifying white light. Release the space that you are creating by letting go. Just allow to rest in this feeling for a moment with space and freedom. Now start to feel this purifying moonlight start to circle around your body. Creating this protective bubble around you, A little bit like the womb let's say. Creating this safe space around your being. Which will deflect any negative energy from you. Deflecting any energy that is not yours to take on board. And in this purified bubble, Start to allow for this light. To acknowledge your strengths, To acknowledge your achievements over this last few weeks or since the start of the year. What you have done to fill yourself up that is worth celebrating. Allow for this space that you've created to be filled with your own achievements and gratitude. I'm going to let you be in silence for a few moments to let your mind explore and reflect on these last few weeks and all the amazing positive things that have come to you that you've received.
