And although the lights are getting lighter,

In your mind now take yourself up to the sky.

It's not actually quite a full moon yet this evening,

When we're doing this live,

But the energy of the full moon is still abundant,

It's still there.

So you can repeat these words after me or in your mind or simply listen along.

Grandmother Moon,

We call on you this evening.

Inviting you into this space and the space of each woman present.

Acknowledging you in your full face,

Your bright face.

We ask that you bring your energy forth into our lives,

Into our light,

Into our world.

May you shine into the depth of our being this evening,

Where we maybe need to cleanse and restore and purify.

Yet also shine light on the amazing things in our life,

The abundance in our life.

We welcome the energy of earth,

That which is holding us,

That which feeds us and supports us.

Take a moment to breathe down to the earth and feel your energy connecting with earth energy.

May we welcome the energy of water this evening,

Our Scorpio energy.

Invitation tonight to welcome the ebb and flow of thoughts,

Of dreams,

And the gentle ease in letting go.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it go through the mouth.

And again,

Deep breath into your body.

Empty breath out.

When you're ready,

Feel the gaze behind your eyes.

Take notice of the sounds around you.

Slowly open the eyes,

Come back into space.

So for this meditation this evening,

And this breath work,

We need to get super comfortable.

So if you want to lie down,

If you want to use cushions and blankets,

Do whatever you need to this evening.

What else to say?

This full moon is within two signs that is fixed energy.

So whatever you're doing currently in your life,

And as we move through this meditation,

Know that it is lasting energy.

So whatever you bring your intention and attention to,

It's going to be,

It's going to stick.

It's going to last for a long time.

Yeah.

So without further ado,

I'm going to pop on the gentle music in the background,

And you get as comfortable as you need to.

So starting by connecting to your breath,

Our breath work this evening.

It's going to be really simple.

I just want you to focus on this body is breathing in.

This body is breathing out.

Mentally repeating that to yourself.

Body is breathing in.

This body is breathing out.

You're just watching that wave of your breath.

Where does it touch the internal system that is your body,

That is earth energy?

Can you start to expand on your breath,

Feeling the back of your heart being open and moving with breath?

Your mind wanders.

It's okay.

Just bring it back to this repetition of breath.

This body is breathing in.

Body is breathing out.

Body is breathing out and watching that journey.

Feeling the abundance that is your breath.

Like how much breath can you physically take in,

And how much can you release?

Like a letting go exhale.

Just going to stick with this for a few more rounds.

You start to feel the energy around your body.

You've placed your hands there.

I invite you to leave it out your hands for a moment.

See if you can feel into the heart beating.

Really focused in on heart energy.

Feel the beat of your heart.

The breath flows in.

Feel your heart.

Feel the blood,

Water energy being pumped through.

Blood.

Pumped through the body.

Invitation to now place your hands over your heart.

Have a deeper connection to how the heartbeat is tonight.

Breathing in,

Acknowledging the energy around the heart.

Exhaling,

Soft and subtle letting go.

You're watching these two areas of yourself.

Watching the breath moving.

Witnessing the heart beating.

Perhaps to begin with,

I felt like one was moving really fast,

And the other one maybe lagging behind.

Slowly breath by breath.

Like these two parts of yourself are walking side by side.

Maybe not quite in sync,

But you're still moving.

You're still breathing.

From this space of energy,

Of coherence with your heart,

Begin to connect to what fills you up,

What lifts your heart,

Lifts your spirit.

What you can be grateful for in your life.

Where your life is most abundant right now.

Where do you see abundance in your life?

Is it trees?

Going for a walk and seeing the trees coming into me?

The flowers coming into the room?

Is it the food in your fridge?

Contacts in your phone,

In your address book?

Clothes in your wardrobe?

Notice aspects of your life that feel abundant,

That are thriving.

Feel this abundance forming in your heart.

So every time you take a breath,

You welcome that vibrance of energy,

Like the vibrance of our moon this evening.

That fullness into your heart.

Was there something you have been working towards over the course of this year that you can see the nourishment you've been giving it is coming into fruition?

Even if it's small steps.

Take a moment to explore anything that you set out at the beginning of the year.

And if that is coming into bloom or the roots are growing.

And if you started to go into,

Oh,

But this hasn't happened yet.

Or should have done this.

Or should have done that.

Hark that for a moment.

Let that thought come like one of the waves.

Breath.

Let it pass over your heart.

And just walking side by side with your heart.

Breathing in the fullness that is your life.

The things that you can smile about right now.

And just rest in that for a moment.

And now walking side by side.

Blowing together in rhythm.

From this space.

What is it this evening.

And you release the moon.

And now you need to release control over a habit that needs to shift.

Any of those patterns,

Those thoughts started to arise earlier.

Bear witness to them.

Where it is in the body.

Where does that energy live in your body.

And offer it out to the moon,

To the universe now.

Feel your heart.

Let that fullness of your heart hold you.

And consider what needs to change this evening.

Scorpio energy.

Scorpio is all around forgiveness and release and change.

Letting that go of time.

Letting the energy last.

Breathe deeply.

Support you on the way.

Listening to your heart.

Listening to your body.

Take a big breath into your heart.

And exhale this through the mouth.

Anything else comes up it's okay.

Start to feel back into your heart,

Back into the breath.

Watching this rhythm,

This ebb and flow.

And this stroll that you're taking,

Heart and breath.

Leads you beside the ocean.

And you sit down.

Taking the sounds of the ocean.

Feel the soft sand beneath you,

Supporting you.

And stay here.

Watching this ebb and flow of breath and heart energy.

Feeling it like the waves that are right beside you.

And your thoughts are just bubbling on top of the ocean bed.

When the time comes it's okay.

It will soon break and go.

Above or below the ocean.

Rest here for a while.

The breath and the heart moving independently.

But in harmony.

In your own rhythm.

Listening to the voice of your heart.

The word,

What do you need to release tonight?

When you have your word,

Visualize writing this into the sand.

Your most beautiful divine writing.

And you see the energy getting closer.

It starts to melt away at your word.

You can see it from the earth,

You can see it from your body.

And you can feel your feet in this moment.

And then feel back into your heart.

If you need to repeat this,

Please go again.

Or rest in this energy of your heart and your body.

Your breath.

This full moon,

This vibrancy.

Our abundance.

What is it?

Great mind manifestation.

What is it that you desire to bring forth?

Either through the next week,

The next six months,

To a year.

What is it you desire?

And then write this word into your heart and allow for a word,

A feeling perhaps,

To fill your body,

To fill your heart.

Yeah,

Let's do that.

A feeling that you wish to manifest and create in your life.

And then write this word into the sand.

Enjoy writing this down.

Decorate it as much as you desire.

And then when you're ready,

Allow for the ocean to become closer.

Gently take away into the vast space that is the ocean.

Feel into your body now.

Heart into breath.

With this feeling inside of your body,

Consider how the next six months will look.

Desires coming true.

Energy you wish to feel.

Feel that,

Visualize how your world would look.

With that in mind,

How would the next 24 hours look with this energy,

Living the life you desire?

How would the next 24 hours look?

Starting from when you go to sleep.

How grateful are you in the morning?

How abundant can you feel your life is?

And then when you are ready,

Back to this heart and breath connection.

And any thoughts again just bubbling above or below the surface of this breath,

Of this rhythm.

When you're ready,

Feeling back into your body,

Back into your roots,

Whatever is grounding you in this moment.

Just take another second before you come out of this meditation,

Just to bask in the energy that is the moonlight,

The sun's light.
