Where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,
Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time,
Your subconscious mind will alert you and you will easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now,
Make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be,
As you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.
Find a comfortable place where you are free from interruptions,
Maybe on a bed or in a chair and close your eyes.
Now I want you to take a long deep breath in,
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for the count of six.
Once again,
Take a long deep breath in for a count of four,
Hold it for a count of four seconds and then breathe out for the count of six.
Nothing is needed of you,
This is your time to relax and put yourself first,
To let go of any tensions or worries,
To let them go.
I want you to imagine now your favorite color that brings you peace and calmness,
A color that soothes and relaxes you.
Maybe it's the color blue to represent the ocean or maybe the color of your favorite item of clothing or favorite flower.
I want you to imagine this color as a speck of light that has special healing powers,
Deep relaxation as it moves down your body,
Soothing you,
Bringing peace and tranquility,
Releasing tension and relaxing your muscles.
This special color has healing powers that spread from the top of your head to the tip of your toes,
Easing and letting go of stress,
Bringing deep contentment and restfulness.
Let's start by imagining this light on your head now,
Spreading over your head,
Releasing tension here,
Soothing your mind,
Replacing any worrying thoughts you have with positive calm ones.
The light is moving across your face now,
Relaxing all the tiny muscles in your cheeks,
Releasing tension,
Relaxing all the muscles,
Big and small.
Feel the tension soothing away any worries or anxieties.
Feel the tension in your forehead soothing and relaxing.
Feel any tension in your jaw as you unclench it.
Your whole face feels more and more relaxed.
Now the light is gently moving down your neck into your shoulders and upper back.
Feel that tension in your neck and slowly let it go.
Feel your shoulders lower as you relax them,
As the light soothes any tension here.
As it spreads to your upper back,
It brings great relief and alleviates any pain,
Tension or worry that you are carrying here,
Relaxing these areas.
The light is gently moving down into your chest and stomach,
Arms and back,
Bringing relaxation,
Soothing any tension,
Relaxing the muscles.
Feel the tension in your chest and then let it go as the light spreads across each tiny muscle.
Feel the tension in your stomach muscles.
Hold it and let it go as you relax your stomach muscles.
It brings relaxation all the way down your arms,
Into your palms,
Onto the tips of your fingers,
Releasing tension.
All the pressure in your back has eased.
Your airways have nicely opened up,
Helping you to breathe more deeply and easily.
The light moves down into your buttocks,
Hips and thighs,
Releasing all the tension here,
Bringing deep relaxation,
Softening,
Lengthening and loosening the muscles.
As the light moves down into your legs,
You can feel your legs getting heavier and heavier as they sink into your bed or chair.
Finally,
The light moves into your feet,
Spreading across the soles of your feet,
Into each toe,
Finding the tension and then releasing it,
Soothing the muscles,
Letting go of tension,
Bringing total relaxation from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Your special light has soothed away tension and replaced it with total relaxation,
Total calmness.
Nothing is needed of you now.
This is your time.
Your body feels heavier and heavier as it sinks deeper into the bed or chair.
You thank the light for helping you to soothe your mind and body,
Knowing that should you need to relax and soothe your body again,
You can easily do so by closing your eyes and using your special light technique.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
For a while now,
You have accepted that there is a presence far greater than you that is supporting you.
You have an intuitive belief that the universe knows best,
That you are gifted the right thing and even when times are hard,
You know there are many lessons to be learnt during difficulties and challenges.
Help us to become more grateful and appreciative of what we truly have.
You have the desire to establish a spiritual relationship of your own understanding,
Communicating with the universe,
Whether it's through prayer,
Writing or conscious conversation.
You don't have to overcomplicate it.
You can talk silently or loudly,
Whatever works best for you,
As you take time to tap into the feelings of what you desire.
All the time being grateful for all that you have already received,
You notice signs from the universe,
Clues and guidance are all around you.
As you are more sensitive to the universe messages and you let go of any struggles you have faced,
Embracing your inability to control situations,
Freedom follows once you release any sense of control.
We don't know what is happening in the next 5 minutes of our life,
The next day,
Week or year,
So you learn to relax and let go of the need to control.
You no longer need to micromanage your life,
Allowing yourself to experience life with curiosity and wonderment,
Allowing yourself to let go and allow someone else to take over the reins.
This comes as a great relief to you,
Like a weight has lifted off your shoulders.
Someone is looking out for you,
Someone has your back.
You trust in the universe and the path it has planned for you.
You appreciate the small joys that come into your life on a daily basis.
The more gratitude you show,
The more good things come your way,
As you have so much to be grateful for.
Reminding yourself of all the things that bring you joy and happiness.
You have positive thoughts,
And this positivity brings positive experiences.
You trust your intuition as this is your guiding compass,
Keeping you on track and ensuring you are heading in the right direction.
You can hear your intuition when you are in a deep sleep or meditating,
When you are in silence in the quiet spaces of your mind.
Whenever it speaks to you,
You listen.
What is it trying to tell you?
If you have a strong instinct to do or not do something,
You connect with this and ask yourself more questions to get more clarity,
Helping to trust your inner guidance system for your life.
You enjoy taking time to walk and be in nature more,
Noticing the beauty that surrounds you.
Beautiful,
Strong trees with leaves gently blowing in the wind.
The warm sunlight shining down on your face.
Flowers blossoming in spring.
Being in nature makes you feel more connected to the universe,
Bringing with it inner peace and calmness.
Life is good,
Trusting that life will be good.
There are many lessons to be learnt each and every day,
And you embrace these lessons and grow as a person,
Becoming stronger,
More resilient,
More confident,
And happier every second and every hour.
You let the universe be your guiding light.
Magical things await you,
And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and grow stronger and stronger day by day.
They grow stronger by the day,
Stronger by the hour,
Stronger by the night.
All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and will grow stronger and stronger day by day,
