For the next few minutes I'd like you to simply get into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes relax and listen.

Let's begin.

I am able to let go of worry.

I am in control of my mind and I'm worry free.

I am at total peace with myself.

I can let go of worry now and come back to it later if I need to.

I know that worrying doesn't achieve anything.

I'm confident about myself and my future.

I'm able to overcome anything I want in life.

I don't need to worry about things I can't control.

I'm able to release negative energy and bring in positive energy.

I'm positive and optimistic.

I'm confident and calm.

Everything in life is just as it should be.

As the universe has a plan for me so I relax and trust in it more.

I have the power to make all the necessary changes I need to.

I know everything is going to improve from this day onwards.

I have the power to control my mind.

As I choose to face my fears.

As I worry less and less each day.

Replacing negative self-talk with positive encouraging self-talk.
