Welcome to House of Wellbeing.
This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.
Find a comfortable place where you have limited interruptions.
Now I want you to take a long breath in,
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four.
Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.
And I want you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach.
Maybe it's a tropical beach on a beautiful island or a shore or a coastal beach that brings back positive childhood memories.
Or perhaps it's a beach with fond memories that you created with friends,
Families or loved ones.
Wherever it may be you love it here,
It's your special place.
And as you walk along the beach you can feel the water rushing onto the shore,
Covering your feet and then washing out to sea again,
Bringing with it a feeling of relaxation that washes over you.
The sun is warm and inviting as you turn your face towards the sky.
The warmth on your face feels so calming and soothing.
Nothing is needed of you here.
This time is just for you.
Time to put yourself first.
On your beach you can relax and let go as you take this time to recharge and unwind.
There's a gentle breeze caressing your face,
Helping you to feel cool and calm in your special place.
You listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves washing in and washing out.
You feel calmness washing over you.
The sea relaxes you with its rhythmic movements,
Washing in calmness and relaxation and washing out worries,
Anxieties and tension.
You notice more sounds around you.
Perhaps you can hear birds flying above you in the sky.
Maybe you can hear coconuts falling from a tree behind you.
Or fish splashing in the sea.
You love these sounds as they help soothe you,
Making you feel more relaxed,
More at peace,
Helping you to relax your mind and body.
You notice a hammock in the distance,
Barely swaying in the breeze beneath a palm tree.
You walk over to the hammock,
Wanting to take a little rest.
You gently crawl in and lay down,
Letting the hammock cradle you in the shade and you close your eyes as the hammock swings from side to side,
Mesmerising and soothing you into a deep state of relaxation.
Each time the hammock swings you feel more and more relaxed,
Like its rhythm is releasing tension,
Bringing tranquility and calmness.
In a moment the hammock is going to sway three times and each time it sways you will triple your relaxation,
Starting now,
Three,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Two,
Releasing any tension,
Feeling yourself sinking deeper into the hammock and one,
Your relaxation has tripled.
You now feel total calmness throughout your mind and body.
I'm going to give you a minute now to enjoy this time.
The breeze on your face,
Your hammock gently swaying,
Relaxing more and more.
Enjoy the quietness as you sink down into the hammock,
Listening to the ocean washing into the shore,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you,
But you no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
Now that you're in this deeply relaxed state,
This is your time to focus on yourself,
To allow your thoughts to become reprogrammed,
To be set free.
It's time to think about breaking free from this feeling of being stuck in a rut.
You know that this feeling has been holding you back and you have decided that you will no longer allow limitations to define who you are.
So now is the time to make a change.
I'd like you now to reflect on the feeling of being stuck in a rut.
Notice any emotions or thoughts that arise when you think about this feeling.
Are there any patterns or behaviours that contribute to this sense of being stuck?
Take a moment to acknowledge them without judgement.
Being stuck in a rut can feel overwhelming and frustrating,
But it's important to remember that you have the power to break free from it.
You have the ability to create positive change in your life and move forward with confidence and determination.
So I'd like you now to visualise looking down at your feet and seeing them glued to the ground.
No matter how much you try to wiggle your toes and lift your feet they simply won't move.
You're stuck.
Not able to move forward or progress with life,
Being held back with limitless potential.
You really don't like this feeling and you feel determined to make a change.
I'd like you now to visualise sprinkling some magic dust on your feet and as you do you quickly start to feel your feet releasing from the glue.
The glue is melting away,
Just like raindrops disappearing as soon as they hit the ground.
You can wiggle your toes freely and lift your feet with ease now.
You take some steps and you feel relieved that you're no longer stuck in a rut,
But free to embrace life to the fullest.
You can now begin the journey to breaking free and becoming the person you truly want to be.
From now on you recognise that you're not the person you were yesterday.
Today is a new day with new beginnings.
You see each day as a new start with fresh eyes and an opportunity to renew yourself daily.
From this deep state of relaxation you access your inner creativity and you allow a new response to surface.
You allow yourself to become open to new possibilities,
Options and pathways.
Open up as you embrace a complete change in perspective.
You see that there may in fact be infinite possibilities.
Every day you feel more and more optimistic.
You feel renewed and excited at the possibilities ahead.
You realise that when you change your thinking you can change your behaviour and situation.
Your mind may have been holding on to those familiar old ways.
It could have been indulging in a bad habit or an out of date self image that no longer serves you.
You now decide to break free from those old thinking patterns as well as patterns of behaviour and instead you find new ways of responding.
From now on you release the past and connect to what really matters in the here and now.
You release all of those old thoughts and behaviours and you feel an energy within.
The energy flowing through you,
Warming you,
Filling you with excitement at your new positive way of life.
You are now free,
You're creative and you're liberated.
You're now free of those old ways of thinking.
You are in control of your mind.
I'd like you now to imagine that you're looking at two windows.
As you look through one of the windows you realise you see yourself.
Still living the restrained stuck in a rut life that you once led.
You look withdrawn and a look of sadness surrounds you.
Now you look through the second window and you see a version of yourself where you have changed.
A life where you have broken the cycle of feeling stuck over and over.
A life where you're achieving all the things you desire,
Where your dreams have come true.
Through this window you notice your posture,
Standing tall and proud.
Hear the tone of your voice,
This new confident you.
See the smile that lights up your face and feel now what it's like to act in this new way.
You notice how people around you are responding and your happiness is contagious.
You now have the opportunity to be exactly who you want to be.
You feel fresh and new.
Just like opening a window and letting in the fresh air and sunshine.
Feel that new energy you have unleashed within yourself.
Feel it flowing through you now.
You become more and more your true self.
You respect yourself and you allow your emotions to guide you.
You no longer dwell on past events nor catastrophize on the future.
You live life in the present moment and you're excited for what tomorrow holds.
Today you have created a better version of yourself and you are open just like the window to your new life.
And you have now allowed your awareness to expand.
As each day passes now you feel more and more hopeful for new beginnings that are entering your life and you are aware of new possibilities opening up to you.
You find that inner place of peace and calm and you tap into your own sense of knowing with ease and awareness.
Each day you're more and more willing to live your truth and allow more and more joy to enter your life.
You focus on what brings you joy,
Love and creativity.
And as you embrace these changes you feel fresh,
Alive and vibrant.
And you allow yourself to step into the life you deserve free from restrictions.
You now allow all of these positive changes to come into your life.
You find that this new way of thinking and behaving,
This new way of living improved your communication and relationships with others.
You're more cooperative,
More relaxed,
More loving,
More open and more inclined to show love,
Gratitude and appreciation for others around you.
You're now filled with a sense of empowerment and liberation.
You know that you have the strength and resilience to break free from the rut and create a life filled with purpose and meaning.
You notice how every time you listen to this audio you embrace the newness of the day revitalized restored and renewed.
And in a moment I'm going to count from 1 to 5 to awaken you.
And at the count of 5 you'll be wide awake,
Fully refreshed,
Alert and feeling fantastic.
