Meet those in this life that have also been in past lives, heal, define and understand current patterns. Don’t stress too much about the specifics and just give it a try! Transcript

This is a guided past-life meditation.

If at any time the meditation becomes overwhelming emotionally,

It is welcomed for you to come back here where you are in your reality now.

At any time you can bring yourself back where you are safe and secure.

Lie in bed or in a chair or on a couch and let's relax.

Take a deep breath in for five seconds and a deep breath out for five seconds.

Now relax your head,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your stomach,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Your calves,

And your feet.

Relax.

Feel them weighted and supported where you are sitting or lying.

And I want you to imagine that you are walking down a path in the middle of a green pasture,

A meadow with grass that is tall.

Wildflowers are abundant.

The breeze is slightly blowing and the beautiful yellow,

Purple,

Pink,

And blue wildflowers wave in the wind.

You can feel the wind up against your skin as you walk down the pathway,

As you can see a stream up ahead.

I want you to walk towards that stream.

As you walk towards it,

You can see a small bridge.

I want you to walk across that bridge.

You are now in another lifetime.

Let your imagination take over.

I want you to look down at your body and imagine the clothing that you are wearing.

This could be visual in your imagination or it could be a thought or a feeling.

Now the first answer that comes to your mind,

Please answer yes or no without overthinking.

Take note of what you are wearing if you can see anything.

Now you may not have answers and that is okay.

Are you female?

Yes or no?

Are you a child?

Are you an adult?

Are you old?

Are you married?

Do you have children?

Do you have a job?

Are you in school?

Are you rich?

Are you poor?

Now far ahead into the distance,

You can see a building,

Some type of structure,

And you can recognize it,

But you're not quite sure what it is just yet.

I want you to walk towards that and the closer that you get,

The structure becomes clearer and clearer.

What do you see?

This is your homestead,

Village,

Or town.

Who do you see?

Who are they?

Is this somebody important in this lifetime?

And if so,

Do they also exist in your lifetime now?

And if so,

Who are they to you now in this life,

In your current life?

For instance,

You may meet with a mother figure in a past life and the first thought that may come to your mind is that,

I recognize that as my sister in my current life.

What is the overall feeling that you have now?

Sad?

Happy?

Confused?

Scared?

Angry?

Alone?

Ask yourself what you need to know.

What do you need to know?

Sit and listen.

Take note of anybody that is in your life right now that is also in this past life.

Ask yourself,

Do any of them exist in my life now?

And who are they?

What is your feeling around them in that lifetime?

What is your relationship like in that lifetime with them?

Now let's jump ahead five years.

Five years ahead.

Where are you now?

Do you have a family?

Do you have children?

Are you working?

Where are you living?

Let's sit with that for a moment.

Is there anyone now that also exists in this lifetime now?

And who are they?

You're doing very well.

Good job.

You're doing very well.

Remember if at any time this becomes overwhelming,

You can go right back to the reality of where you are sitting or lying down and you can wake up anytime you are safe.

Let us continue.

Now let's jump ahead as many years as you would like.

Maybe it's five,

Ten,

Or twenty.

It's up to you.

Where are you now?

Who's with you?

How do you feel?

Let's sit with that for a moment.

If there are people in that lifetime with you now,

Do they exist in this lifetime?

If so,

Who are they?

Soon we will say goodbye.

If there's something to be healed,

Let's do that now before we leave.

I want you now to hug your past life self.

I want your current self to embrace your past life self.

And I want you to say thank you with gratitude for your past life self,

Allowing you to enter into that lifetime and sharing.

Tell your past life self how everything is going to be different,

That you did not experience this again,

And thank them for understanding and healing.

And tell your past life self,

I love you.

I'm going to take care of you,

Always and forever.

Now it's time to say goodbye.

Or more like,

It's time to say,

See you later.

Thank you.

I love you.

I want you to turn around and go back to that pasture over the bridge and into the meadows of flowers.

You can feel the warm sun and the breeze.

And I want you to walk and walk.

Feel the ground below your feet.

Just go back into your body,

Into the now.

Your body is heavy where you are lying or sitting.

And I want you to take a deep breath.

Five seconds in.

Five seconds out.

Five seconds in.

Five seconds out.

Five seconds in.

Five seconds out.

Wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Shake your body.

If there's any trauma from that lifetime,

You want to shake your body.

Shake out that trauma.

Shake your arms.

Shake your legs.

Shake your belly.

Shake your shoulders,

Your head,

And breathe.

Five seconds in.

And five seconds out.

Relax.

Open your eyes when you're ready.
