It's a time for planting seeds,
Cultivating courage,
And setting bold intentions.
Now find some space,
Make sure it's quiet,
And have a candle lit.
Maybe a journal and a pen to write down your new intentions afterward.
Sit comfortably.
Are you ready?
Grounding and centering.
Close your eyes and take three deep cleansing breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale with a sigh through your mouth.
Imagine deep roots growing from the base of your spine into the earth and anchoring you.
It's crystallized and sparkling like diamonds.
You can feel the stillness of the new moon,
A moment of darkness before the spark.
Affirm to yourself,
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am ready to begin.
Now shift your awareness to your solar plexus,
The area just above your navel.
This is the seat of your personal power and willpower.
Visualize a warm flickering light.
With each breath,
Imagine this light glowing brighter and warmer,
Feeding the fire of your ambition,
Your courage,
Your desire.
Now affirm to yourself,
I awaken my inner being.
I am a warrior.
Sit with that for a few minutes or seconds,
Your choice.
Now visualize new beginnings.
Ask yourself,
What new territory do I want to explore?
What attitude,
What thoughts,
What feelings?
How do I vision myself in one small baby step that is brand new,
Where I take action?
Where do I want to start?
Visualize your intention,
Not just as a thought,
But a feeling.
See yourself taking action with confidence.
Feel the exhilaration of leading,
Taking risks,
And being fearless.
Now affirm to yourself again,
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am ready to begin.
I am.
Inhale.

As you clear away any fears,
Any doubt,
Or any hesitation,
As you breathe in confidence,
You release any thing that says you cannot do it,
Because you are ready.
If you have lit the candle,
Stare at the candle for as long as you can.
Watch it flicker,
As each vision of the candle is a brand new light,
A brand new flicker,
A brand new shape,
A brand new glow.
And feel that light becoming you.
You and the light of the candle are the same.
Place your hand on your heart,
And one hand on your solar plexus,
And thank yourself for this strength.
Take one final deep breath.
Visualize your intention being sent out into the Your eyes,
If they are not opened,
Are ready.
