Hello and welcome.
Thank you for taking the time to pause and attune.
In this practice,
We combine neuroscience and non-dual wisdom traditions to guide you into deep heart resonance so you can align with your wild,
Beautiful heart and what you are uniquely here to do and bring to the world.
So let's close our eyes together.
Feel the weight of your body sitting on a chair or cushion,
Bringing your spine gently upright so it feels like there is a gentle string pulling you from the top of your head.
Rest your hands comfortably in your lap,
Cup them,
One palm over the other,
With the tips of your thumbs touching lightly.
And then begin by taking some long,
Slow breaths into the belly.
Gently relaxing your body and inviting a release on the exhale.
Next,
Let's unhook from the thinking mind usually located behind the eyes and let your awareness float down,
Noticing the space in the jaw,
Letting it float down through your neck,
Into your shoulders,
And then resting awareness in the heart space,
Feeling and sensing the heart directly from within.
Gently breathe a count of about 5 seconds on the inhale and 5 seconds on the exhale.
Each of us has a unique heart-coherent resonant frequency and it's established through coming into this breath of about 5 to 6 seconds on each inhale and exhale.
So take some time to find your unique heart-coherent rhythm.
Now bring to mind something or someone or a place that you love,
Anything that sparks joy in you,
Choose that now and continue the breath as you feel the emotion,
The expansion in your heart,
Holding awareness gently resting in the heart as you breathe.
Each breath that you breathe in is breathing in this love.
Each breath that you breathe out is breathing out this love.
I'm going to give you a few minutes to continue this breath of love on your own.
Now,
Established in loving awareness,
Expand awareness out into the room and beyond the room,
Noticing there are no edges to you awareness.
Everything is arising within awareness.
You are not separate from anything you are aware of.
Allow thoughts,
Sensations,
Feelings to arise and pass.
You,
Awareness,
Are still,
Everything else is just passing through.
Be the stillness through which all things move.
If a thought or a feeling pulls your attention,
It's okay,
Just quietly return to the still presence through which all things move.
As you sit in awareness,
Become aware of this wild,
Resonant heart pervading all things,
Informing,
Guiding.
This deep heart wisdom isn't something you need to make happen.
It's your deep wisdom.
It's the wisdom of the universe speaking through you,
Through your heart knowing.
All that's required is to pause and rest in this portal of the heart and listen.
It may speak through a feeling or a vision or a message.
Each of us has a unique connection to this intuitive knowing.
Simply relax and trust your body and heart intelligence.
You aren't separate from this wisdom.
It lives within you as you.
Our experience of love is a connection to this deep knowing.
This sense of connection and interconnection with all things.
And here we will gently close the practice.
Returning your gaze to the heart so that when you open your eyes I invite you to view the world through the eyes of your heart.
It's a natural resting space.
No thought,
No mind required.
Simply be and know from heart mind.
