Are you unfocused?
Unclear?
You don't know the truth?
You are seeking to receive answers from deep within?
Then this meditation is for you to get more clarity,
To receive answers from your inside and to listen to the truth.
And the truth might change.
The truth changes with the perspective it can be that you receive something from a friend or even a call or message and it changes everything in just one second.
The truth is always there.
It's your way how to see it,
How to act on it or how to surrender into the beauty of a sunset.
Right now I invite you to make it comfortable.
Take a deep inhale,
Close your eyes and with a long exhale relax.
Take another deep inhale,
Feel yourself exactly where you are right now and exhale,
Release.
With the next inhale,
Feel if there's anything of adjustment you need to do to fully relax with the exhale.
Another deep and long inhale,
Feel your whole being.
Exhale,
Relax your face.
Take a few deep and long breaths.
Feel the ground under you,
The support of matter earth.
It can be hard if you fall but it can be really soft if you walk barefoot on the ground.
Just allow the gravity to feel it.
When you fully feel the gravity inside of you,
Open up to the opposite.
Can you feel the lightness,
The ease of the air when you inhale it?
And combine both the gravity and the ease and inside you have both.
It's like a dance of duality.
Both are welcome.
While you fully find yourself in the middle of it,
Take another deep inhale and get ready to ask yourself the question where you want to receive answers.
It is right now in this deep connection within.
You're fully aware of all your surroundings,
Feeling yourself in the middle of everything.
Nothing to change here.
Just allow yourself to be in this deep state of being.
When you are connected with your higher self,
With the steps from inside,
Now is the time to ask whatever question you have about your life.
Where you want to get more clarity,
Where you're seeking for the truth,
What do you want to ask?
Ask it and listen for the answers.
Did you receive an answer or multiple?
Beautiful.
You might want to ask another question.
And if you didn't receive an answer,
Stick to it.
Ask again and again.
There is an answer for you waiting.
But maybe it's not the time or you need to surrender deeper and deeper and deeper.
So allow it.
Fully drop yourself like a stone in the water floating down.
Ask and listen for the answer.
There will be an answer for sure.
Try it.

Exactly how you do it.
We slowly find a way out of the meditation.
But if you feel you need to go deeper,
To go into silence,
Into long silence,
To really receive the answer,
Then go.
And if you fear you need to be active right now,
To integrate or to directly put the answer into action and to do what you're meant to do right now,
Then go for it.
This is the magic of allowing yourself to fully be in the present moment.
There's always truth because it's you.
If you are truly expressing what is there right now,
And it might be that simple to enjoy the sunset.
Allowing this magic of being fully present when the sun is melting.
It's fulfilling the whole sky into this magical colors.
It's not one thing you need to wait your whole life for.
The magic of being in the now.
It's in every second it's up on you how much you receive it.
How much you're open to sense the magic of the now.
Take another deep inhale.
Feel the breath entering your body.
Hold it.
And when it's not longer comfortable,
Exhale.
Feel free to open your eyes.
