So beautiful that you are here.
Welcome to this meditation to fall with more ease and love into sleep.
If you're having hard times falling asleep or you wake up in the middle of the night and you feel I don't want to wake up and stand up now then this meditation is for you.
To dive into your dreamland,
Into your night for a full reset of your energy.
Because the sleep is so important for us,
For the inner healing.
I'm Sally and I will guide you.
Follow yourself,
Follow your inhale,
Close your eyes and with the exhale drop inside.
Feel the ground under you,
Feel your breath and whatever is keeping you awake.
I want you to imagine it is like the volume and you are turning it,
It's already really loud and it's like you're walking through a big celebration,
Big hall where there's a lot of people and so many noises,
Music,
Everybody is talking,
Everybody wants something,
Wants trying something and I just want you to see what is holding you awake like this power of craziness when everything is so wild and noisy and loud around you.
Can you even turn the volume more up?
Yes,
Keep breathing and if it's a feeling,
A thought,
A situation what keeps you awake just turn it more loud.
Really see it,
Feel it one more time.
Where is it in your body?
If it's a special part where you feel pain,
Feel into it,
Feel all the noisiness,
The screaming of it,
If it's your head because it's over thinking then just stay there,
Listen to everything,
Turn it more loud.
Allow it,
Allow the craziness to be there.
We are not pushing anything away,
Really allow,
Allow yourself to be with your noises.
Turn it a bit more louder,
Yes you can do it.
Focus your awareness in a soft way,
It's up on you how loud you take it.
And when you feel it's time to calm it down then slowly start to focus on your exhale.
Just get aware of the exhale.
There might be still some noises going around but you are focusing on the exhale now.
And while you are doing this it will get a bit longer,
A bit deeper and it's like the volume in your hand what you are holding.
It's slowly turning down and you decide because it's all in your own rhythm,
In your own time.
You decide how quick or how slow you turn it down if there is still a bit going on or if you really want to come into the stillness,
Into silence.
Focusing on the exhale,
Turning down your volume.
With each exhale your parasympathicus gets activated,
Activated because it starts your relaxation even deeper and deeper and deeper.
With each exhale your nervous system is calming down and down and down.
After all calming noises again.
May the volume goes up automatically but you have the choice.
You have this two super simple but so powerful tools.
You can turn the volume more quiet or you focus on your exhale or you combine it.
Feel your whole body.
Where can you even drop deeper?
Your legs are heavy and soft into the ground.
Your back is heavy and soft into the ground.
Your arms are heavy and soft melting into the ground.
Your head is heavy and soft melting into the ground.
Your face is relaxed.
Your hands smile to really relax every cell,
Every muscle in your face.
Your chest is soft and heavy.
Your belly is soft and heavy.
It's the most beautiful heaviness was just giving you the support of being whole,
Being whole from your ground where you lie on.
Your whole body is relaxed,
So soft and heavy.
You feel the peace inside of you.
You're smiling one more time to really dive into your dream world.
Every single smile thing,
Your one was the night.
Allow yourself to directly dive into the night.
Have a beautiful rest and sweet dreams.
Namaste.
